When you order their popcorn chicken and you ask for spicy or medium or whatever, they use a chili powder to coat the popcorn chicken (amount depending on your level of choice). I always get spicy and it seems like they just sprinkle the chili on top of your popcorn chicken and not mix it in. Half of the dish doesn’t get coated with chili so you’re left with some heavily coated pieces and others not so much. It’s not tasty that way. I got the matcha milk tea. The matcha was not well incorporated (even though I shook before drinking), so my drink was really gritty. It was also really warm and appeared to have no ice even though I ordered normal ice. I actually couldn’t finish the drink. Only reason I left some stars is because the tapioca is good quality and fresh as other reviews indicate. I may try ordering again one more time, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend the matcha. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you enjoy waiting an eternity for your food while questioning every decision that led you here, this is the perfect spot. The kitchen must be powered by sloths on strike because I’ve seen paint dry faster than they prepare a simple dish. By the time my food arrived, I had lost the will to eat and nearly reached old age.
