Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I love these guys! The pizza extravaganza is my go to, with wings and a coke! The people that process the orders when you call in are so pleasant and professional! I love that they repeat your order and make sure they have everything correct. I live across the street and use delivery all the time because usually I’m too brain exhausted to go pick it up! lol the only thing I wished is that whomever is taking the order asks at the end is I’d like to tip before the order is processing because when you get transferred, it’s too late to tip! I appreciate the hardworking delivery people and it isn’t fair to them when I don’t have cash on hand. Is there any way corporate can make that change? Now I have to shake out my couch and old purse to come up with a random tip for my delivery person and I hate that! They deserve tips like anyone else! PS, the food is always on point, piping hot and absolutely delicious and up to my expectations. Thank you Dominos for always taking such great care of me!! Ordered large pizza thin crust from this store and i was amazed for their fast service coz it got delivered to me in like 20 minutes.. i was so happy coz i was really hungry. So i went downstairs to pick up the pizza.. the driver is super nice and professional.. so i came back to my apartment very excited.. i opened the box and started eating. The first slice was perfect the second and the rest are sticking in the box.. you’ll gonna have to scrape the bottom of the pizza For it to come off of the box.. the good thing when i asked for refund they sent the driver back and gave my money.. but i had him kept the tip i gave him.. the driver handled it very nice and professionally.. my suggestion to you guys put a paper wax underneath the pizza so it wont stick in the box again..the lady i spoke with over the phone she was sorry but i felt the insincerity but...

Horrible store. Worst customer service ever!!!! I don’t know what idiots they decided to hire here who can’t seem to get a simple order of BREAD correct. This is the third time I have ordered a jalapeño bacon cheese bread and have received a FETA SPINACH bread. How incompetent Can your workers AND manager MARCO be. Check your orders before they leave. Make sure they’re correct. ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER. this location seems to shut off their phones until closing and the only way you can ever order is online. If your order is wrong there’s no way of getting ahold of the store or anyone.
