They are as useless as AT&T in America 🇺🇸 0 stars again the delivery address had CCTV and NO Delivery service 🚚 made 711 N Alameda St CA 90012 we even txt the same store they said they delivered but when you ring them they denied the order and delivery date had ever happened???? Should be called Pinokios pizza 🍕

Usually I'm BEYOND EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!! but, tonight I am absolutely BEYOND UNSATISFIED AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! My pizza was delivered raw! I'm pretty sure I selected Well done as I always do ... and this pizza was extremely under cooked ! So frekn disgusting honestly. I'm so mad right now. I am literally cooking it again while typing this ! Look ! It was mush and so hard to pull out out the box to put in my air fryer cuz it was so undercooked the cheese wasn't even melted. It may not look too bad in this picture but trust me ! All that is missing is in my air fryer and it looked exactly like the plain cheese part . So disappointed but it's not worth calling and complaining cuz honestly I'm too shy and nervous I can't do that I can't call and complain and I'm also a repeated customer so even mote embarrassing if I did call and complain. But I sure can type this review because I need to get this off my chest hopefully u guys at Domino's read this cuz really that was so unexceptable and I really really reaaaalllllly usually looooove my food every time I order from ur location!

I am only writing reviews based on the last two orders. The staff are friendly, but they do not seem to follow directions on the order. They charged me to add pineapples (I know pineapples are not for everyone, but I am Australia, so it's what we eat). They did not add the pineapples.; so i got only onions and mushroom (who eats onions and mushroom only; so ruin the pizza). On todays' order (2/7/24) I asked for all the meat to be on one side they covered the whole thing, and put pineapple on one slide when asked to put on half the pizza. They are quick to make the pizza (maybe slow down, and get people's order right), parking is hard during lunch hours. I am done with Domino's.
