El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

June 2022- Very rude girl, she started arguing with me when I aslee her why she's always mad. She said any extra condiments had an extra charge, she forgot to add my chips and insisted they were inside the bag. I called customer service to complain about that individual and no one called me back. I really wish I had the footage of the incident so I could expose her and this location for HORRIBLE SERVICE.

2021: Not sure why the evening crew is not as good as the morning people. When I ask for juicy chicken I always get burned, hard, dry chicken like the one in the picture. It's like they do it on purpose or they don't follow instructions because it's on my receipt that I specifically asked for juicy chicken. They don't ask what kind of salsa you prefer and the side orders aren't full. It's like they don't care and they hate their job, some days they're nice a day some days you get bad service.

2019: We like the chicken from here because they don't keep it inside ovens,, you get it off the grill when you order. But you have to ask for juicy chicken otherwise you'll get overcooked dry chicken. The girls are nice but the guy cutting the chicken seems to be in a cranky mood...

I ordered the Chipotle chicken burrito. With fresh green Chile's. She said they were out of chilis. At the drink station more than two drinks were shooting out just water. When I told them about it they yelled to each other to fix and then just laughed and never fixed. Back to the Chipotle chicken burrito, didn't see or taste any chicken in it. When I commented to the employ she said the lady who builds the burritos doesn't really put that much chicken in them. Wthell! So I was still hungry so I ordered two chicken tacos. She said they don't have any tacos at the moment. But they had a lot of chicken. I almost bought some chicken but when I saw dozens of almost burnt chickens just laying on the cold grill I stopped. Sorry but this is unreal. I didn't mention that when I arrived they has just opened and there was already two employees having lunch or breakfast. I wonder if their burrito...

Once upon a it was a alternative. I enjoyed the flavor which is unique but so much has changed. And I'm sure I'm not alone in my feelings. I feel it was never worth the hype especially from those in my community. If you like it,, have at it. I wouldn't stop you! I've noticed the portions are getting smaller, the chicken now is more often than not dryer, and the prices have been steadily increasing. Prices today have sky rocketed everywhere I know but this is a place that I will no longer patronize. Oh did I mention the service? Yeah try getting a order in during lunch time at the San Fernando and Fletcher location!! I don't know how they are still in business? Terrible Terrible customer service. My coworkers won't go there either. You can get a much better deal and fresher chicken at any of the local...
