Pressed Juicery — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I've been coming here for years! Its always been a decent experience. Recently with all of the promos I decided to sign up for the membership. The girl who gave me the iPad to sign up failed to tell me that I couldn't use my membership money and my actual cash as one transaction. She seemed to be a bit frustrated about it. Listen it's not my fault I'm not corporate I'm not making these difficult changes for you. To top it all off they were like you should just abandon your reward points. The membership is better. So now your purchases will no longer go to your rewards. UPDATE- I went to the Hollywood location and WOW! The service is like night and day when comparing the two location. The employees working here (Studio city location) on 2/6/19 were like deer in head lights when ringing up my membership purchase. Please please pleeeeeease train your employees here.
