In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I would give this In and Out five stars but it's just ALWAYS busy. Still, the service is very good at this location. Walk up and drive thru service is available here. There is no indoor seating but they do have tables outside if you decide to use the walk up service and would like to eat right away. Restrooms are available for customers. They also have two drive through lines for each side of the building. This helps the line move a little faster but I would say average wait time is still 10-20 minutes. I've seen the line go all the way down the block and into a residential street.

The workers are friendly and when they are extremely busy, they will send somebody outside to take your order instead of having to talk to the intercom system. I prefer this as I feel like it improves the accuracy of them getting my order correct. I have yet to encounter a mistake when...

Sorry that the atmosphere is only a 3 but what do you want from me its a fast food place haha. If you are from another state and you are reading this, you really need to try in-n-out in los angeles. Its not the same. Im not sure what those locations are doing wrong but I was NOT impressed by this place until I moved out here! This is probably the best fast food level burger you will ever eat! I highly recommend a double double, animal style! Pro tip-ask about the roadkill fries! Not all locations will make them for you but they will at least give you the stuff to through them together yourself! The people at this location are always really great! If you are planning to get stop by this location, make sure the person repeats your order and make sure your burgers and just made. After we ordered we had to wait 15 minutes online in the car on the right side, we noticed that the car behind us on the left side left w their order and 3 more cards left before us and they were behind us, but were on the left side. It seems that the person taking the orders did not take the correct order for the car in front of us and by the time they got the order done and it was our turn to received our order, our burgers were ready but cold. If you can avoid going to this location, I will highly recommend you to go to the one on Moorpark and Van Nuys Blvd. their service is one of a kind. We did not even get an apology from...
