I know I'm the only person on earth who orders coffee from taco bell but why is it always a struggle to get it??
I previously lived in Vegas and I never had an issue ordering the cinnabon delights coffee at my local taco bell. I went all the time, all hours of the day. I dont know why in california no matter which taco bell I go to it's a gamble whether I will actually get the coffee or I will be told by an employee "we dont have coffee" with no further explanation. What do you mean? It's on your menu. Can you not tell me what the issue is? You don't have it past 11? You ran out? You don't feel like starting up the coffee maker right now? I'm left guessing because nobody will ever explain to me what the problem is. Actually bizarre that this is a recurring thing across multiple locations.
After leaving the drive thru I checked the app just to make sure the cinnabon delights coffee is available and isn't limited to breakfast hours. The app let me add it to my cart for pickup so clearly it doesn't have to do with hours. Why??
I guess i need to find a more normal place to get coffee but damn $3 is...
Read moreI ordered a crunch wrap and soft tacos. The food was hot, fresh, and came quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because of the atmosphere as soon as I got out of my car I saw a heavy tattooed scantily clad women exiting the resturant. Immediately upon entering I observed a couple who were very much in love and very high on something cuddling, laughing hysterically, and "nodding". During my meal that couple slumped over in their booth and passed out completely. The workers being true professionals just continued to clean around them. Upon leaving a very polite young man held the door for me and told me to have a good day 👍. As I left the Taco Bell I again saw that scantily clad women now in a group of 4 similarly dressed women dancing outside of a luxury automobile with a large bearded man in it playing his sound system for them to dance to. I enjoyed my food but I understand that this is the kind of place where you could...

I ordered nachos on the app. I go in right after I order and tell the drive thru attendant I'm here and would like it FOR HERE. That was not communicated and it was out in a big paper bag with three stickers. This is a waste for the environment and drives up your already higher prices. Please change this practice. I've downgraded my rating to 1 star.
UPDATE: The Mexican (I believe) woman who works the drive thru during the third shift is very professional and friendly.
I ordered a bean burrito on the app while sitting in the store. I told the employee at the counter it was for dining in. He still put the burrito in a bag. I went to throw the bag away and see many other bags barely touched bags in 3 trash recepticals. WHY contribute to so much waste? Perhaps Taco Bell wouldn't need to keep raising prices if you would be more cost conscious. I don't need a bag to throw away in order to eat a single burrito...
