I really like jersey mikes, but I just don’t understand some of the people that work at them.
I came to this one because there’s a parking lot, so convenience. I knew when I had to repeat myself it would probably be challenging ordering. Well, one girl asked what all I wanted on the sandwich WHILE she was making someone else’s.
Only for her to put the wrong mustard on it and I ultimately have to repeat everything I had already told her. I feel like if you know you messed up my order I shouldn’t have to ask for you to make it over and nor should you ask if I want you to make it over. JUST MAKE IT OVER! Read moreThe experience I had with Jersey mikes was absolutely horrible! I placed an order on 3/25/24 for delivery on 3/27/24 between 11:30-11:45am. Our event was set for 12pm. It was 12:30pm and Jersey Mike’s still had not delivered. I called and spoke to (female supervisor - named Ryan) she was absolutely horrible. She argued with me saying I placed the order for pick up. Why would I go pick up an order or 100+ sandwiches. We always order delivery. The icing on the cake was her telling me “ make sure you send someone to come get downstairs, because I’m not going up” so I made sure to tell her - she won’t be getting a tip and she hung up on me.
