I don’t recommend this place. I had a terrible experience with the owner today. I got a piece of wood to use as a tabletop lid, but it doesn’t fit properly—it’s about 2 cm too small, even though the table measures exactly 21”. I’ve had similar pieces made before, and they fit perfectly.

When I tried to discuss the issue with the owner, she was rude, gave me attitude, and walked away. I decided to speak directly with the carpenter to figure out what might be causing the problem and whether I needed to order another piece. But before I could get any help, the owner sent someone to tell the carpenter not to speak with me or anyone else. This level of hostility and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when wood is so expensive here. This is what happens when people inherit their parents’ businesses. They have no idea how to treat customers and no sense of professionalism. Instead of helping me resolve a simple issue, the owner was rude, dismissive, and even went so far as to prevent the carpenter from speaking with me. Avoid this place if you value...

I bought a set of cabinets two years ago from 8th and Union. I had purchased cabinets before and had good luck, but now it's different. One by the drawers collapse because the rails are so cheap and the plastic gives way. Four out of ten so far have collapsed. A drawer just collapsed now, this minute, it fell through, , so I am writing this review. You'd think the rails should last, they don't. The doors are slowly warping, though I painted them all. I really wish I never bought these, but I did, and with the nice granite tops on top of them I'd hate to rip them out and throw them away, but that's inevitable. Don't make my mistake and look back two years...

I was accosted by the greeter here. He was yelling and belittling me so much I was afraid he actually wanted to hit me. I was TERRIFIED, my heart was racing. I asked him multiple times to check himself, but he just kept getting more upset. He ridiculed me and even called me names. I went to their store to purchase hooks for my hammock. The other store clerk apologized for his behavior, however I feel an apology from the "culprit" would've been more deserving! He.was so mean and rude I was SOO CONFUSED!
