I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. From the very beginning, Dashawn, the manager, made this visit uncomfortable. He was the one who initially took our order and acted as though we were bothering him just by placing it — showing clear attitude and impatience from the start.
Later, when I brought up a valid concern about the sandwich I received — which was extremely greasy, overly salty, and had a horrible taste — instead of handling it professionally, Dashawn became even more rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. What should have been a simple conversation about a food issue turned into a completely unnecessary and stressful encounter, made worse by his hostile behavior.
What’s most frustrating is that Rachel, who was assisting me at the time, was handling the situation perfectly. She remained professional, calm, and respectful, genuinely trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Dashawn interrupted her, took over the situation, and escalated it with his unprofessional attitude. It is unacceptable for a manager to behave this way. The sandwich type was correct, however online it asks if you have any special requests. These were not met. The bread was dry, I’m thinking old. It crumbled like a cracker on the top. I tasted onion in a couple bites, when I asked for none. Maybe they put it on then realized I asked for none and took it off but didn’t get it all. I don’t know. I couldn’t taste any vinegar or oil, and I asked for condiments on both sides of bread, failed.
Please instruct your employees to pay attention to the order. Otherwise, we might as well not have the option of special instructions. And some may have special requests due to allergies. (Not me but...
Read moreI stopped by around 6:30, dinner time, for a sub. I traveled from out of state and was curious about a sub from far away. Just as good as my hometown. The service was great, there were 3 gentleman working the line and fourth that stepped in after a few more customers came in behind me. Despite dealing with a difficult customer before me who held up the line, the crew kept their calm attitudes and kept chatting with everyone. The young man who I assume was a manager or shift lead talked to each customer as they came through and bounced all around on the line where it was needed.
