Ordered a pasta was told it will be fettuccine Alfredo. It was thick Chinese noodles with butter. Super dry, super bland. The most horrible excuse for pasta I ever tasted. It’s what parents order for their 3 yr olds in a Restaurant.’ My kid doesn’t like any of the sauces, just ask the chef to put some butter’. Except that even in that case the pasta is better quality, doesn’t belong in a Chinese soup broth & they r more generous with the butter. How r they in business? I am guessing the location. Customers try this ‘food’ once to NEVER return. PLEASE! stop calling it Alfredo sauce. It’s like calling ketchup- Marinara sauce. & I love Chinese Noodles- in a broth not sold as fettuccine. Seriously, I wish u could taste this nonsense. It’s hard to describe. Not worth 11$. Double the ‘pasta’- double the dryness. Me & both of my sons tried 1 bite & we were in disbelief as to how horrible this was. & a show of lack of effort & total...
Read moreThis review is for anyone trying to search online for more info about the gluten free options: They have gluten free pasta and you can select if it's an allergy. However there is no labeling telling you which sauces are gluten free, and the cheese sauces that need a roux are not gluten free. I reached out to ask and it's only the tomato, Sunday gravy, and vodka sauces. I emailed and didn't hear back so I messaged through Instagram and they contacted the chef.
Great that you can label an allergy for the pasta, but would be nice to not have to ask the very busy staff which sauces are safe or have to reach out to the company since it's labeled nowhere. And not sure if the pesto or anything that's not a "sauce" is gluten free since I only asked about sauces and am not sure if the answer was covering all pasta options.
The service was fairly fast even though it was busy. The GF pasta was OK but nothing special...
Read moreKnead Noods is a must-visit if you’re craving fresh, handmade pasta in a lively atmosphere. I tried their Spicy Vodka Fusilli and an Arnold Palmer, and both hit the spot.
The Spicy Vodka Fusilli was fantastic. The sauce was rich and creamy and had just the right amount of heat to give it a kick without overwhelming the dish. The fusilli was perfectly cooked, with its ridges soaking up all that flavorful sauce. It was a comforting yet bold dish that I’d order again.
The Arnold Palmer was a refreshing complement to the pasta. It leaned slightly on the sweeter side, but the balance of tart lemonade and smooth iced tea made it an excellent thirst-quencher.
Overall, Knead Noods delivers on flavor, freshness, and quality. This spot is excellent for a satisfying and flavorful pasta fix if you're at Grand...
