The customer service in this place is nothing short of an atrocity. I ordered a simple chai tea, which I’ve ordered many times before. But as I was walking away, I noticed that the milk was rotten. It tasted and smelled disgusting and sour. I walked back to tell the baristas, who both argued with me, saying that there is absolutely no way the milk could be rotten, since it’s not expired and they’ve been serving it all morning and no one said anything. Any number of things could have happened such as it was left out too long, got heated in transport, etc. Also, if nobody said anything, maybe they were ordering sweet drinks that were covering up the taste. 3 different baristas were extremely rude about it, and kept arguing with me that there is no way it could be rotten. Mind you, I was, in no way rude about it and I’m a person who rarely ever complains or sends food back. But the fact that they didn’t even bother to check that gallon of milk to see if it was, indeed, rotten was absolutely disgusting to me. That can make people sick on their flight! My stomach started hurting after accidentally taking a gulp of that drink. I then took it to my coworker, since they reused to listen to me, whom also confirmed that it smelled and tasted ROTTEN. I will never go here again and since I am an employee of the airport, I will make sure to tell anyone who asks me, to steer far away...

This place is a hidden gem because the location is at the far end of the not too popular location and it's a good walk over. Café menu is legit, macchiato, is a true macchiato. It's not like starbucks macchiato, which I like to call it a petite latte. My personal favorite is their Vanilla Latte when I'm craving a sweet tooth, iced latte, and Mr. Woods. Btw for newcomers Mr. Woods is their version of Arnold Palmer and for the newbies AP is lemonade and black iced tea. Also the baked goods...

The pastries are delicious with a rich taste without being extraordinarily sweet. The coffee also has a rich taste and will be a delight for Europeans who prefer a stronger taste in coffee. The Almond Croissant is nicely layered, crunchy outside, soft buttery dough inside with an almond paste inside featuring the delightful Marzipan taste. The Hazelnut Danish was a tidbit to cross and stingy in the Hazelnut Cream. The Latte was a...
