Yesterday I visited this place for a milk tea, I made my drink order on the kiosk to the right side of the store. While ordering my matcha milk tea it gave the option to not add boba, and to adjust the amount of ice in your drink. I literally requested NO BOBA because I have sensory issues & to add EXTRA ICE. When I received my drink, it had Boba inside of it. So I went to the counter and said to the short Asian girl with a mole near her lip ā€œhi there, I’m terribly sorry but when I ordered, I asked for no boba and extra iceā€ she immediately got an attitude and said ā€œit comes with bobaā€ I replied ā€œthat’s perfectly fine but I requested for NO BOBA AND EXTRA ICE but if you don’t feel like remaking it then you can refund meā€ she started fumbling around with the register then said ā€œI'll refund you and you can keep that drinkā€ I then said ā€œNO I don’t want it & again I don’t like boba, if I didn’t mind it then I wouldn’t be bothering youā€ Seems like because I’m black she immediately assumed that I wanted something for free when in reality I don’t want or need anything for free or cheap, in fact I’m the complete opposite.

Then she finally remade the drink, it was the nastiest drink I’ve ever had HONESTLY. So I threw it away immediately

That was all unnecessary! All she had to do was accept her mistake and remake the dang drink but instead she decided to give me attitude because she doesn’t follow...

Stopped by to get our boba, craving satisfied, and we definitely were here at this new one zone location at the Beverly Center. Jon was extremely helpful and helping us get what we wanted. Ordered the taro taro/, the honey, green tea, and a taro milk tea.

Just one size, so no need to worry about small mediums or larges, and they have different kinds of Boba, got the regular traditional black Boba, and like cheese jelly with my Toro Toro/. Super good.

Just like all the other trendy Boba places, it’s a tad on the pricier side. We paid about 30 bucks for three drinks and a bag of chips.

Service - just one guy working, John…and he was new, but he was super nice and got our drinks just the way we wanted them.

If I’m ever in the mall again, I’m def...

Went to this boba place last week, I ordered Chocolate Cream Cheese and got Strawberry Green Tea for my friend. Both drinks were really delicious!šŸ˜‹ I love that their cheese foam is cheesy and slightly salty which balanced the drinks perfectly! The boba was soft and chewy, just the way I like it! Their fruit teas are on top too, I have also tried their Lychee Lemon Green Tea which is super refreshing! It’s my favorite in the fruit teas! The shop itself has a nice vibes and have plenty of space to just chill and take pictures! Definitely worth visiting if you are...

Located in the Beverly Center shopping mall near the Traffic/Ferrari store on the 6th floor. Total was around $7 for a roasted rice milk tea with honey boba. I ordered easy on the ice b/c I didn’t want my boba drink to be watered down. Regardless, it tasted watered down because the roasted rice flavor overpowers the milk tea and it was bland even with regular sugar level. It was an underwhelming boba drink and I love trying new boba places. Tiger Sugar has spoiled my taste buds for boba. Maybe next time I will try regular milk tea here instead…

Lovely decorations boba store located inside Beverly Center. DO NOT ORDER THE HOT POT HERE! It was terrible. Boba was soft, and my tea was light like water. The hot pot was not cheap, the broth was like 80% water, and the noodle was overcooked. The lady who worked could not understand a single word of English, and we had to use Google Translate to ask her for soy sauce to add some spice to our tasteless soup. 2 stars for the location. Otherwise, no.
