Let's Smash — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I can't recommend ENOUGH checking out Lets Smash in LA for TRULY good smash burgers, rather than just being another overhyped spot.

Looking for a spot that wasn't just another disappointment when it comes to the hype around it, I decided to give Lets Smash a try, which I hadn't heard of before and appeared to be relatively new. Oh, I'm so glad I did!!

It's a small spot, not quite hole-in-the-wall, but definitely easy to overlook if you're not looking out for it. The guys inside were very enthusiastic about their burgers and sharing with us a detailed explanation of the different menu options, what's in it, and their special sauce.

Now feeling a sense of even greater excitement and anticipation, they quickly prepared our burgers and we went onto the outdoor patio (which had really warm heaters) to give them a try.

Let me tell you - these smash burgers are GOOD. I mean, VERY good. Like when I first bit into it, my eyes opened up and I said 'WOW'! The patties are tender and have just the right amount of crispiness contrasting with the juiciness, the sauce complements it perfectly, and the size is perfect for filling you up without being too much.

Oh yeah, and the curly fries were yummy as well! Perfect crunch, well seasoned, and comes with extra sauce to dip them into!

Burgers are great. Size up on the number of patties. So if you normally get a single, get a double. Cajun skinny fries are good. The first time I got them, they were better than the second time. In consistency may be due to how busy they were. Wish they had milkshakes. That is the only factor that would make us choose their competitors over them in some cases ... sometimes you just want a tasty milkshake, right?

Service is phenomenal. Kind, friendly, welcoming.

Atmosphere is chill. Not a lot of space to sit inside, outdoor seating is nice, they have heaters, but they are next to pub and restaurants, and sometimes people from there pop out for a smoke ... so you can smell cigarettes. Not their fault people don't have courtesy to go elsewhere to light up their ciggy.

Overall, very likely to go back. Better than franchise burgers!

Omg!!! If You Love hamburgers YOU MUST GO TO THIS SPOT !!! I can’t believe I lived in Woodland Hills for so many years and I never knew about this spot!!!! This is by Far THE BEST HAMBURGER I HAVE EVER HAD IN My Life!!!! Has a chilling Vibe the owner is super nice ! And the Hamburger is wowwwwww !!! Once you try it yourselves you will recommend this spot to everyone you know ! And you will be shocked how Amazingly Good it tastes!!! The flavor is unexplainable!!!
