Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Well, to start with they gave us the wrong pizza. We ended up with half cheese, half pepperoni, there was no sausage, there was no olives, there was no triple cheese and they won't deliver to a house 3.4 miles. When I called about it they tried to give a bunch of excuses, we are very busy for the past 3 hrs...Blaaa Blaaa Blaaa. Then, to top the whole thing, they didn't even cut it into slices. When we got home and discovered the mistake we looked at the pizza and I'd guess it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 3 hours, was dried out , tasted like cardboard & just as tuff as cardboard. I was really disappointed. I've eaten Marcos in the past but it certainly was not the one at 18938 Ventura Blvd in Tarzana. If they had just apologized for the mistake it would have been ok but they tried to make excuses and that means nothing to me 'cause the mistake was already made. Have a great day & please...

I ordered a large mush/pep for curbside pickup at 6:05PM. The web app said ready by 6:25-6:35. Showed up at 6:26 and logged in to say I was here. App says order will be out shortly. So I wait. And wait. Finally at 6:45 (and having seen 3 other curbside deliveries), I pop inside. Sure enough, the only pizza on the rack behind the counter is mine. Wow, this had better be some great pizza to be worth the wait. Got home and it was (expectedly) cold and (unexpectedly) so lacking in flavoring as to be a joke. There was virtually no sauce (I had ordered xtra cheese) and what sauce I tasted was as close to ketchup as I've had since that other national brand in college circa 1978. I just found my favorite pizza spot. I ordered the Triple Pepperoni Magnifico Medium pizza and it was so good. I was craving a good Pizza with a salty, garlic butter crust. Crunchy yet soft, and the combination of the old world pepperoni, my itch was scratched. I haven't had their pizza before and heard really good things. I'm so glad I ordered from here. I ordered delivery through grubhub. It arrived earlier than expected and it was nice and hot. I can't express how delicious this pizza is.
