READ ALL- All of the previous complaints are true and accurate, There is an array of homeless people, drug addicts, drug dealings going on in the bathrooms, fights breaking up when customers confront homeless, families fearing for their safety. I am a neighbor and have been coming for 10 years, and I’ve seen the decline become worse and worse.
I’ve also complained more than 100 times probably to the owner and the people that work there about the unsanitary conditions, as they allow homeless people to come in and I witnessed one the other day come in with bloody hands and a fresh wound messing with the drink caps, which obviously they leave outside making it highly contaminated and unsanitary, who knows what kind of disease could spread onto us or our food. When a female customer said something to him, he turned around and started cursing her out, she had to run away, and the people working there didn’t even react.
They always blame it on McDonalds Corporate Policy. Why would McDonald’s corporate allow homeless people with bloody hands to be messing with a drink caps that the paying customers who are gonna come after him are gonna use.
I’m sure McDonald’s corporate would rather he hired a security guy to keep the customers safe rather than having no manners and driving the customers away. I’m sure McDonald’s would agree to put the drink caps in the back where it’s sanitary if they knew that there was all sorts of people from the streets coming in and stealing their drinks.
For a McDonald’s with such high traffic throughout the entire day, it’s surprising to me that they wouldn’t hire a security guy to make sure that the consumers and the people that pay for the food which have the right to the restaurant are feeling comfortable and eating healthy food.
Today I walked in there to ask for a Diet Coke and a hamburger with no pickles and when I got home, they have the wrong drink which happens every single time I go there. I had to come back after finishing work when I was already resting to get my drink changed and of course I had to say something to management. The owner was there and the homeless person who was there last time was doing the same thing again, and equally dirty, probably a week dirtier than before, because he does it everyday.
When I raised this concern to the owner Rafael Herrera who was there he told me that if they couldn’t make me happy, I’m no longer welcome in the restaurant. He told me not to come back, For racing a concern on the health and safety of the restaurant and for asking for the conditions that us paying customers want when we going to the restaurant. He blamed all the problems on Mcdonalds Policy. I was astounded because he told me he was the owner and could do as he pleased, but still i tried to shield myself in knowing the Mcdonalds Corporate was the big boss and they do stand by customers. Im incredibly disappointed.
I tried to call the customer service number inside many times and leave voice messages like many other customers I have witnessed, and surprisingly, I never got a call back. Today, things changed I was able to call the real number for McDonald’s corporate, and talk to real people from corporate who couldn’t believe the conditions. We are dining in at and I’m going to escalate the complaint to the biggest order.
Let’s hope they can change things instead of pushing out neighbors, New families come to the neighborhood, and above all the rightful paying customers, who keep the...
Read moreLast night I passed by with my one year old to try to get some energy out before bedtime, we come here often since it’s by where we live and it’s the second time the supervisor Fernando is on duty and let me just say he had a NASTY attitude and should not be in any job that requires customer service skills. We ordered 30 chicken nuggets (two meals) and some icee cream and went up to play in the play ground. Went down to ask for some Big Mac sauce on the sauce and very rudely he said 50 cents, no problem I went up got the two quarters and went back down. The staff but especially him seemed annoyed to make a little container of sauce that I PAID for. Even heard one of the kitchen ladies yell “who orders Big Mac sauce” ? Excuse me ? Why does that matter I’m paying for the product aren’t I? Fernando just laughed and didn’t even apologize for the unnecessary comment. Whatever, I went back up and we were eating when we heard a message on the intercom which we couldn’t make out since they have very loud music playing up there. 5 minutes later we heard Fernando yell over the intercom “ the play ground is closed ! “ instantly my partner and I got up and got our son to leave and obviously upset , we didn’t mean to stay extra. We simply didn’t know they closed the playground at that time. We also didn’t hear what he said the first time but that’s no excuse to raise your voice to paying customers. The cleaning lady upstairs did apologize for that which I appreciate. So we went down and as we were walking out we heard him tell a cashier “finally , now go see what mess they left behind”
We will no longer go here , Fernando is a big bully who you could hear yelling at cooks from upstairs. What an unpleasant experience. And what a nasty employee , McDonald’s should be ashamed of even hiring this man...
Read moreSo I got a large sweet tea, drove back to my friends and picked him up took him to work, all of a sudden, much to my horrible surprise, I was sucking ice water, I was empty, no more iced tea, anddddddd, I left my wallet at his house, so horrible thoughts came to my mind, evil in fact, I told myself just walk in that damned place and ask for a refill. As I was standing in line, next up sunglasses on, she said how can I help you, right when she said that, my parole, i mean pastor tapped me on my shoulder and said "hey what are you doing buddy," i replied, buying another iced tea. Actually I said to her, I was here like almost an hour ago, thru the drive up window no less, she took my cup from my hand filled it up and gave it back to me, told me it's this time, not suppose to do it, but my manager said it was okay. Now it was only a dollar when I first bought it, not like another buck would break me, but the fact that both the cashier and the manager cared about a customer, both with smiles on their faces, and didnt make me feel like a begging (I was prepared to) trash, refuge, salvage and metal recovery engineer, that had just gone thru their dumpster. I honestly think it's because all the people who work there are Mexican, Hispanic, the hardest working and nicest people on this planet. Don't forget America, the greatest President of our time once said, " Tear down this wall." Food for...
