Pulled into drive thru it took over 15 min just for 2 cars ahead of us to be serviced. after reaching the ordering speaker we got no aswer or response from any staff. the car in front of us was talking to a crew member at the window and we pulled up after waiting another 10 minutes at the speaker. after pulling up to the window no one, not one employee, came to the window to assist us. multiple employees saw us looked at us and laughed as we waited. a supervisor came by and still did not speak with us or say anything. they just printed a receipt and walked away. we honked multiple times and 0 responses from any team member. we spent so much time in line at an empty drive thru we had to rush to our flight. people behind us left due to the 0 service being provided about, 3 cars full of people. the worst experience I've ever had a McDonald's and i will bot be returning to this location and staying away from most McDonald's in the future. probably the worst customer service experience i have ever had. I will also be notifing all customers i pick up doing uber to never use this locations ; about 30 people a day. If this how they treat customers i cant imagine the quality of the food...

But I travel A LOT and it makes me wonder...
1.No suggestions box. Inside they have a self-service computer system that allows you to "skip the line" and order on a screen, then you get a number in order to retrieve your order. BUT you can either pay by cash, or card and if you pay by cash, well the "line that you skipped"...well you still need to do it to pay. The cashier had the audacity to tell me it's one of the best McDonald's system around?!?!
So let me tell you how it is supposed to work and how it works in other countries. You use the self-service computer, you either pay by cash or card, if you pay by card, you get a receipt and you go wait for your order; on the other hand, if you pay by cash, you go to a line designated for self-service transactions and you pay what you owe then you go and wait for the items.
But here no?!?!?!
So NO it isn't a restaurant of the future as someone mentioned and as the cashier seemed to believe.
Don't waste your time on the self-serve if you have the intention of paying by cash, it is a waste of time as you'll have to go to the back of the...
Read moreAlthough this McD's is two stories tall, there is hardly any parking available. Best to do drive through. Good is that they have a few burgers that are not at other McD's (I think). Two from Spain that had bacon. Probably because they are down the street from the airport. Bad is that they didn't bring me my food as a dine in customer. I was sitting upstairs when I noticed they were calling my number. Sure enough, my order was waiting for me. It was colder than it needed to be in the lounge, it wasn't a hot day. Food was a little colder than should be but edible. They didn't give me the drink (probably because I ordered via the kiosk), I got the drink after I ate as I was very hungry. Staff seemed nice but if I was told to go sit down & relax with my table number plaque (by the kiosk) then the food should have been brought out. It was very lucky that I heard my number being yelled. I was on lunch & had a limited time...
