This McDonalds is the pits. From the management staff to the cooking staff that can barely speak English There was a deal today on the McDonald's app that allows you to receive a free medium fry. However the list of restrictions to get the deal are ridiculous. You can't purchase the two for $5 deal or any $1- $3 dollar value item. I completely understand that. However I purchased a apple pie and still didn't qualify for the promo deal. Made no sense. The apple pie is not a valued menu item. So I continue to look at the other promos and there is one that if you purchase a medium fry you get a free valued menu deal fountain drink for a $1. What sense does that make other than shame on Corp for having the consumer pay more money for a single item just to get a lowered item for free. The floors are filthy and the dining tables are as equivalent. I had to clean my table and chair as well because the staff is lazy and the female shift leader isn't or doesn't know the meaning of delegating responsibilities. Unbelievably!! Horrible customer service... in closing the plastic containers that store salt and pepper were both filled with pepper. I went to inform the shift leader there was no salt and she asked me if I needed salt. No how lame to ask a question as such. What the heck do you think shift leader if you have a customer asking? Of course I do. And even if I didn't need salt how about some gratitude for doing your job...

Iâm a hot fan of McDonaldâs, and I actually went to this McDonaldâs many times since itâs the nearest McDonaldâs to my home. Today I tried to order my food, and the employee screamed to us in the mic because she couldnât understand what I have ordered, and thatâs completely her fault because I said very clear about my order. Maybe because today is Christmas Eve and they couldnât go home, their attitude was incredibly bad. They didnât give me sauce, and I went to the counter asked them to give me sauce, after they handled sauce to me, they suddenly closed the window and without any apology, seems like itâs ok for they to miss items for customersâ order. Not only this times, but so many times, employees in this McDonaldâs are mean to customers and always giving me incomplete orders. Last but not least, in other McDonaldâs, if I order a $5 or $6 meal, if I change coke to a frozen drink, they only charge me an extra $0.1, but in this McDonaldâs, they charge me $0.2, and this is actually the amount if I order a medium coke and switch to a medium frozen drink. They didnât give me the correct price! Of course $0.1 is not necessary to me, but I donât accept wrong charges! Those employees have to get out off this McDonaldâs, I ate so many times McDonaldâs and this McDonaldâs left me one of the worst...
   Read moreIt's been raining a lot lately. I always dry my feet when I come to any establishment. There were caution signs visible. However, I still fell on the floor. I was disappointed with the manager's actions. He wasn't concerned, however the customers were. I met John and he told me if I needed a witness statement he could provide one. I fell pretty hard on my right side and my bottom hurt for several days. I took some over the counter medicine for pain. I'm bringing this up because if this was one of my grandparents that fell it would have been a different outcome. I know we would have had to call 911. They could have broken a hip, and their life would have been shortened. I have been to several McDonald's and have noticed the different flooring choices. You have to make a change somewhere because someone else is bound to fall. I had new shoes on with grip. I was shocked that I fell, and have been even more cautious. Please take my concerns seriously, and update your training practices when someone falls. This was the Lincoln location on January 4th...
