
Omg extremely extremely extremely happy to be here. My first session was with Jordan and omg he is the most humble, kind, and friendliest person/trainer. He was super nice and was very patient to teach me boxing tricks and tips. I learned so much just on my first session itself. The session was a sweat buster. I am on my unlimited one-week pass this week, and utilizing every opportunity I get to go and workout, and been training with different coaches, who all are by the way very welcoming and amazing, and are very very helpful.
Besides the amazing team from JFM, the vibe here is extremely encouraging, you can't, not pushing yourself once you start the class. I have to weight lift 3-4 times a week and am always sore and tight. After attending few sessions here, I realized the boxing sessions are helping me recover from my soreness, increase my stamina, flexibility (all the stretch/warm-up they make us do), agility, flexibility, plus I am feeling more energetic. A good workout helps to have a clear mind and a happy body. I am one.
I highly recommend this place if you are looking to just go crazy, work out, get in shape and feel better and happy. Kudos to the team, and my fav Jordan, I have only met him twice and his smile just says all how passionate he is about this...
Read more10 stars out of 5, I just like this place and the people who create it! JFM is not my first contact with boxing, but it is certainly one of the most pleasant ones. Trainers are mindful of my limitations and modify my assignments, all within a group class setting. The modification does not mean that I cannot work, each subsequent task is different and requires further shifting of the comfort limits. I am also delighted with the community of this gym, the diversity of ages and skills, very often long-time members help me with coordination exercises. Everyone is just friendly and open, that's what's coolest and what makes this place. Read moreMy wife and I started going to JFM's outdoor classes in October 2021 once a week, and we've increased to twice a week after a few months (it's currently July 2022, so we've attended about 50 one-hour classes so far). All the trainers are great, but the owner, Jordan, is by far our favorite. He's patient, always has a positive attitude, and does a really good job keeping track of your skill level and tailoring 1-on-1 training to each individual.
