Never in my life have I had such a friendly experience at McDonald’s the whole new system I thought would be a little impersonal but I was greeted by a really friendly young lady named

Lindsey who actually guided me through the whole process air and her coworker Aaron A was exceptionally Helpful the new McDonald’s is really unique the menu is easy to read in the ordering process is really simple any questions I had and I was glad that they answered is a very friendly McDonald’s I got to talk to Angie A for a little bit to who is really friendly.

Who doesn’t love the Shamrock shake? That stuff sells so good there should be a 12 step program for it. Blending peppermint with silky smooth creamy whipped cream makes it almost the most succulent drink that someone could dream of I literally wish I was swimming in it.

There’s a reason that McDonald’s never closes the store and there’s a reason people keep coming here it’s not just because of foods good people take the time to be very nice they work very hard to keep this place clean so if you’re around you need to stop by this McDonald’s...

Drive thru is typically fast from the moment you order, pay, and pick up. However, when you are inside, the service is extremely unfortunate. I understand drive thru orders can become more urgent when the lines get long, but management needs to also pay attention to those dining in. I’ve only sat inside four times, but the first couple of times they’ve forgotten my order. First time, I waited ten minutes, asked about my order, then it came out and had missing food. Second time, I waited ten minutes again and they still forgot some food. Third time, I waited 20 min and they got my entire order wrong. Then another 10 for them to correct it (No one should have to wait 30 min for fast food; surprised I even did). Fourth time, it was all okay.

I've been a customer of this particular location ( Balboa/ Parthenia) in North Hills for 20 years now; it used to be decent, but that was before ALEX came to work there! Karen, the wonderful manager left and now there's "manager Alex". He is rude, mean and unprofessional. Somebody accidentally dropped her fries the other day and he was soooo RUDE AND MEAN to her; people were just looking at him with disbelief on their faces.. He is disorganized, and staff takes forever to take your order at the drive-thru whenever he's around; he doesn't care, and it shows.
