McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I went through the drivethru with a friend. When we got there, my friend ordered a large fry with buffalo sauce. Before I could place my order, she dismissed us to the last window. When I informed her we weren't done, she claimed we just ordered a large fry. I politely corrected her to the fact while we did order a large fry with buffalo sauce, in no way did we inform or imply we were done ordering. I then let her know in addition to the large fry with buffalo sauce(trust me it matters how many times I repeated this), I wanted two double cheeseburgers. She read our order back as a large fry and two double cheeseburgers. I responded with "yes, a large fry with buffalo sauce and two double cheeseburgers. She then directed us to the last window. When we arrived, we paid and then watched her bag up the order. As she reached for the sauce, I saw green packets. I told my friend, "shes putting sweet and sour sauce in the bag, make sure you get your buffalo." Sure enough, when handed the bag, there was 3 packets of sweet and sour, no buffalo. When questioned, she claimed "you said you wanted sweet and sour" No. We made sure we said buffalo. At least six times. Then she made a huff about giving us the right sauce, demanding we give her back the wrong one with indignation. No problem. Didn’t want it anyways. She had a managers uniform on, although we didn’t get her name. Just a complete lack of awareness, compounded with a flippant display of gaslighting. Do...

Terrible is the only work I could think of to describe my experience..so I ordered a large sweet tea with light ice, large iced caramel machiatto, and 2 strawberry cream pies. Simple order and small. When I got to the window I see the lady has a large cup and a large caramel Frappuccino so before she hands it to me I tell her I order a caramel machiatto not Frappuccino and she rolls her eyes and makes the machiatto..whatever..she hands me my drinks and then says " was it 2 apple pies or 1?" I tell her it was 2 strawberry cream pies.. I taste the "sweet tea" as I'm driving away and realize it's just iced tea NOT sweet at all so I have to go back around and she again rolls her eyes and changes the drink and when I taste it before leaving AGAIN it is unsweetened so i tell her I think they may have the tea in the wrong container and she grabs a cup fills a bit to taste then asks me for my cup and just puts the regular sugar mixes it and hands it to me...if you've ever tried this you know when added to a cold drink it just gives you a sand texture and does not sweeten it as getting an actual SWEET tea like I paid for. I take my drink and leave cause at this point I'm annoyed and it is 4 AM with tired kids that just left the hospital. Worst McDonald's...

Update: A year ago I gave this place a 5 but now it's the slowest McDonald and rude manager, I've been to this McDonald's as I own a dental office across the street, worst manger ever there is Fariba, every time you go there she seems bothered to even take your order. I'm always nice and friendly and know 4 other workers there who go well beyond to help out every time it's busy. Tonight at 11 pm wanted a McCafe, so when went in despite no one being there had to wait to order. So ordered a large mccafe and she charges $4.48 when it clearly says $2 any size.

I paid for it thinking I'm wrong but I asked her why and she kept walking around ignoring my question. She says " that's for a small" as she just keeps walking around and ignoring that I'm trying to ask her a question. then after afew minutes she says to me you should call McDonald head head office if you have any issues.

I asked her if she wasn't the manager she said yes she is but there's nothing she can do. as I said I've known a few other people who work there and they're great but this woman definitely doesn't deserve to be the manager and should be immediately fired because she doesn't care and she should not be one that...
