15-20 minute wait in line for take-out lunch....this better be good was my first thought. Second thought...how do I order?
If a staff member is not handing out menus while you are in line, you can pick one up from the entrance (right-most door). The wait will allot you enough time to view the entire menu and decide what you want. A staff member or two will be at the door standing by an iPad ready to take your order - there is no order as to which you go to, it will be whoever is next. You will be asked your name and issued a buzzer. Then, you proceed to stay in line some more. The registers are to the left, somehow make your way there to pay using your name, then wait some more until your buzzer lights up and your order is ready.
Suggestion: If you can, wait outside. This place has poor ventilation, that the burnt oil smell will penetrate your clothes; you will smell like cooking oil throughout the day. Not a good sign for a place that suggests freshness.

Korean Short Ribs Sandwich Korean Style Slow Braised Short Ribs with Chili Sesame Glaze, Cucumber Carrot Kimchee, Pickled Red Onions on Toasted Dolce Forno Soft Roll with a Side of Asian Pear Relish. $11.50 ~Mediocre. Sandwich was a bit too heavy because of the short ribs, and I don't recall tasting the asian pear relish. Needed something a bit more to cut through the heavy meat.
