California Plaza Park — Attraction in Los Angeles

I went to an event here that was billed as Grand Park Performances. Not sure why it was called that since it's actually at the California Plaza Park. .... But there you go. Thank you to Google maps. I knew where to go. I remember going her, b4 covid and it would always be Packed!! Wall to Wall people. It was only about 25% what the usual crowd was. However... it still is a very nice place to go and relax and watch an event. There was plenty of seating. And you can actually bring your own food there and have a picnic if you don't want to do the food trucks or eateries around the court. Restrooms on site. And parking avaible for $10. All and all, it was a nice affordable night to go and heat live music and have dinner at the same time. :-) would love it if they have dance performances...

Attended a recent Grand Performance show, which was headlined by Grupo Kual. We got in free, but the seating we found wasn't the best; the concrete seats didn't agree with my booty, lol. But with great music and the LA community that attended, we had a blast. The area where the plaza is located provided us with shade due to the skyscrapers. We also enjoy the Los Angeles Flight and the small park underneath. Events like this make me want to explore LA...

I came here today to walk but it was already closed. It looks like a nice place to come and spend the afternoon here walking. There was an area that I think is for watching shows or entertainment that they do....
