Olga's Naturally CA Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Been coming here for a while and never had any problems, however on my previous and last visit the cashier got my order wrong and when i went to get it fixed she insisted that i ordered extra guacamole when i specifically ordered no guacamole. She argued with me multiple times and then just walked away so i stood and waited for her to come back and eventually was left to eat the food i didn’t order because the ignorant cashier “knew” she was right about what i ordered, what happened to the customer is always right? I’ve never seen such horrible customer service and i will never be...

This place apparently changed owners, recently... and what a disappointment! Prices are high, portion sizes have shrunk, and the food quality is no where near what it was before. I ordered a steak taco combo (see photo) and ended up spitting out a lot of the meat because it was actually un-chewable fat. The tiny bit of guacamole they gave me for the quesadilla was pretty good, though. Overall - I strongly recommend staying away from here; there are much better choices for Mexican...

My favorite thing about this place is probably the decor. The prices were definitely Hayes Valley esque without the authentic Mexican taste.
