One of the staff members at the MacArthur park location just took my husbands id and wouldn’t give it back to him saying it’s not him!! He even tried to show her that it’s him she tried to keep our debit card and told him he has to come back tomorrow to get it back from her manager im pissed! How can she do that? She isn’t a police officer and she has no right to do such I want someone to do something about her!
I’ve been trying to call you back for days now even leaving multiple voicemails. It’s ironic that you have the time to add to a review but you’ve never on e answered your phone after the first time I spoke with you. You did return my call that night, once. After that nothing. I even called this morning when I saw you had responded to this. This issue hasn’t been resolved. My husband still has not gotten his identification back.
