If I could give ZERO STARS, please believe I would. So... I ordered my fries, loopy, with garlic flavor. It took them 15 minutes to realize they never even looked at my order. There were FOUR women and 1 guy working. Mind you no one else is waiting for an order. It's Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 5:15 pm. You can figure out who was working and educate them please. They never said, we apologize for the delay we are now wmking your fries. Instead I had to ask about my order and when I did the girl with drawn eyebrows and lowcut green shirt said, "Um they just came out". The bigger girl in black made the fries super quick and poured waaay to much seasoning on the fries leaving them non-edible and trash appropriate, which is where they went, in the trash. The lady who handed them to me made a derragatory comment in Spanish about me asking about my fries and didn't even give me a fork. It was inappropriate and I know this because I am a Spanish speaking mexican. When I asked for one, she rolled her eyes and didn't even look at me when handing the fork over. Still no apology for the 20 minute wait and no ranch. Safe to say I WILL NEVER...

What this establishment says is true. If you're looking for tasty fries, this is the place to go. Flavored fries such as BBQ (spicy or not they have it) garlic parmesan, and more. ✅

This place only allow mixed flavors [IF] you get a GIGA size. ❗

The instructions on how to order is at the register. ✅ Just follow it.

Staff needs to be more lively. Why? How can you not when you're selling the best fries in the neighborhood? 🤣 But then who knows, maybe they're tired.

Kids meal ✅ Adults are allowed to have kids meal ✅ that's a plus.

You need to stand around so you can hear them call out your name when your order is ready. ✅ They don't have a microphone to announce your beautiful name. They should have one, though.

I come here almost every week because my son loves their fries. However, it might be our last because today one of the employee named Jennifer treated us badly. Due to Covid 19 they have stickers on the floor for people who waited in line 6 feet apart. So I was waiting on the third sticker when she noticed that there were other customers who didn’t know and not following the rule forming another line to the right side. So Jennifer told me to move to the other way. When it was my turn I told her that I come here every week and normally the line has to follow the stickers otherwise what is the point of having it. She got very defensive and telling me that she has no control over the line. So I told her that’s ok I don’t want to argue with her.
