I ordered here 10/26/24 around 4:40pm. I thought I would try out a new place for corndogs and was in the area. Whoever was in charge of making the food and calling out the orders was extremely rude to me. I've been diagnosed with dyslexia and mix up my numbers and letters often. I got my receipt and didnt read my number correctly which was 89. The older male, who was in charge of calling out the numbers, called out number 86, but I misread my number as 86. He gave me such attitude while telling me that my number was 89. I understand that fast food is stressful but the attitude he gave me made me want to just walk out without my food. My sister and I stopped by for a quick bite to eat so we decided to stop by Smile Hot Dog. And let me tell you, it was a good choice! The service was great! Pancho offers great customer service as well as being a chill guy to get along with. Our service was quick despite it being a bit busy after our order. My sister ordered the original smile dog (#1), myself ordering the Cheeto smile dog (#7) in addition to a Tteobokki for us to share. The tteobokki was nice and chewy which was really good. I brought my new puppy to the groomers upstairs, and was headed to the taco place in the parking lot and saw this on my way out.
