I'm a student I also live nearby and I do Uber in the surrounding areas this is one of my go to places when I have to use the restroom but honestly I've been to a dozen or more Starbucks in other areas and depending where you go will dictate how clean the bathroom is. There are 5 locations in this area it's surrounding USC this is got to be the filthiest bathroom I've ever been to. Just had to make a pit stop and the bathroom Is trashed the floors wet nasty there's no toilet paper someone is used all the toilet sea covers and these customers are some of the lazy's people I've ever seen they will throw used toilet paper and toilet seat covers on the floor instead of in a trash can that is very visible there I don't know if there is a language barrier or what but the staff needs to let people know when they run out of a toilet paper. There's nothing more annoying than having to go to the bathroom and there is no toilet paper. Also it needs to be hit with a HUGE DOSE OF BLEACH. THE floor is filthy and why is it a unisex bathroom? They should have kept it separate BIG MISTAKE. Since the men use the regular toilet anyway and leave the toilet seat up or they pee on the floor. I just left this bathroom almost slipped and hurt myself due to the puddle of water that's on the floor that someone left. Upon leaving the bathroom I noticed numerous staff members just chatting, clearly there are enough people there where someone can take the time to clean that filthy ass bathroom. But no when I notified a member of staff he seemed to have a bit of an attitude when I told him that The bathroom was trashed there was no toilet paper and needed to be cleaned it was filthy. His response was yeah I'm gonna get to that I'm trying to clean it it's actually not a service right now. His version of putting a sign saying that in service was just putting a cleaning bucket in the hallway where the bathroom is how do you know that a bathroom is out of service if you don't put a sign. Clearly the staff here are not concerned with cleanliness and if this is any indication of how the coffee prep area looks I don't think I want to drink coffee here anymore because you might get something seriously I go to school in Alhambra there is one across the street from there and it's like the total opposite it's pristine clean And they do close it for a period of time to clean and they use bleach I've gone to a location in El Segundo it's the same thing super clean. This location is close to where a lot of homeless people are and I understand why they don't have trash cans outside now because the homeless with mental issues will go through the trash and have trash everywhere so I understand that. Maybe it's a management issue I don't know because the PANDA that's across the street bathroom is super clean so is the McDonald's across the street so what is the problem here and why should I get attitude when I inform staff of how their bathroom it looks . I doubt if their employee bathroom looks like this so why should this one look like this it's Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Clean it with bleach you have hundreds of people coming through here daily. What part of that do you not get. It's...
Read moreLet me first start by saying I use to work for Starbucks so this review is left in both shock and with a heavy heart, because my location and many other locations would never and have never ever performed the way this starbucks operates on a daily basis. This is by far the WORST Starbucks ever! I am not complaining I am warning and I am not picky I am a customer and an ex employee. I have been here 3 times and each time is worse than the last! The first time I came here I went in and ordered my coffee and ordered a bagel the cashier forgot to tell them I ordered a bagel. So when I asked where my bagel was they gave me attitude and a girl by the name of Jenny gave me even more attitude when I told her that I asked for butter and brown sugar. When I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude she walked away. I've worked at a Starbucks before I've worked at Starbucks with drive-thrus I worked at the Starbucks in commerce at the Citadel Outlets so I know what busy was. Today was not even busy so for her to have given me that attitude to a customer it's b*. If you don't like your job then quit but you're working in a place that requires customer service and patience if you don't have it don't work there. Other than that everything else was fine.
The second time I went in I went with my husband and they messed up on my drink they had to remake it another time to get it right. This time it was not so bad.
Now the THIRD time I cam here was today and Today is the reason I am writing this review. I ordered a very berry hibiscus with lemonade. I have never been charged for lemonade out of all the Starbucks I have never been charged in months until I get here! Ok whatever right let it go. Than they call my name and I give me my drink I taste it and it taste DISGUSTING. it tasted as if it were expired. they remade it twice and both times it tasted disgusting I am still unable to wash the taste out of my mouth. I told them to taste it and they start laughing like I am asking them something stupid. So they offer to make me another drink and I ask for an iced caramel Macchiato IT TASTE LIKE NOTHING BUT MILK! To top it off they let my shots expire and the whole drink tasted like sour milk.
I AM 100% DISAPPOINTED AND 110% UPSET. This Starbucks has the worst employees except for maybe 3 of them who I wish I had there names. Everyone else is rude, disrespectful, and lacks customer service. 1 you don't laugh at your customers, 2 you don't walk away while they are informing you about the bad service you are giving them, and 3 the lack of consistency in the drinks is horrible. Consistency is major they teach us in training we have to make the drinks the same way every time because the drink should taste like the day before. Customer service is another big thing they train us on, customer is always right and you are always nice to them. This Starbucks by far is the worst one I have ever been too and in my opinion should either shut down or fire the staff! I would rather go to McDonald's and order their Frappe then to ever step foot in this...
Read moreI go to this Starbucks cause it’s the one closes to home. I stopped by here every night to buy my 2 tall coffee with 4 raw sugars and creamers. I buy two because I drink one on my way home and the other I warm it up in @ 2 am to drink it on my way to work. Last night around 6 pm I ordered the exact the same order thru their drive thru. I was greeted by the woman my order and was asked for my order. I told her that I wanted 2 tall coffees with 4 raw sugars and creamer in it. She told me the price of $4.30. I read the screen and it says 2 tall coffees 4 sugar and cream at the bottom. I told her please make sure that the sugar is raw then she puts on pause for a min or so. Then she came back on I asked her again please make sure that the sugars are raw and creamer in them. She told me ok. When I got to the window. She told $4.30 she scanned my card. She handed me my coffee, she handed me a creamer and I asked her why a side creamer I asked to put my creamers in the coffee. She told me yes we put the creamers in the coffee this is just extra then she handed the other coffee. The coffee that I drunk during my drive home had creamers but didn’t have sugar. I thought they just dust stir the coffee. I stopped drinking my coffee until I got home. When I got home I stirred the coffee but it was still the same. I had to add the sugar. I didn’t check the other coffee just put it in the fridge. When I got up at 1 am to warm up my coffee for work. The coffee didn’t have creamers and didn’t have sugar in it. now I don’t know if this was done purposely or what? Just because I asked her to make sure that it is raw sugar that she use not the regular sugar and I asked her nicely. As I usually see them out raw sugar on the screen whenever I place my order. I can only think what else did do...
