If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

This is the first boba shop I've ever been to where I felt completely held hostage waiting for my drinks after already ordering and paying. After having dinner with a few friends to celebrate some great news, we felt like continuing our the great mood with some desert. We decided to come here as a suggestion from one of our friends as it is their favorite boba shop.

We ordered 4 drinks at the kiosk, but at least 10 other groups who ordered after us got their drinks before we did. After the third group passed us, I noticed an employee named Daisy deliberately set aside one of our drinks and not finish making it.

When I asked about the delay, she accused us of "breaking" their kiosk and demanded our contact information. We asked for her manager's direct contact, but she refused to provide it. Instead, she kept disappearing to the back, pretending to "check" with someone, only to come back and say she couldn't connect us to her boss. Eventually, she just gave me a generic company email.

Instead of assuming we broke it, she could've asked us what happened to the kiosk. Daisy took it upon herself to make us wait and watch people after us (who also ordered off that kiosk after us) go by and be ignored. It's not a good feeling to be treated unfairly and avoided with no explanation.

Bottom line: don't waste your time or money here. The service is awful, and the drinks are...

In most cases i don’t complain about food but this place needs to do a better job on quality control. I’ve been going to this place over a month now (ordered over 20 times and accumulated around 100 points —they give 1 point for every dollar you spend so you can tell that this is my go to place). Recently, i’ve noticed some quality control issues in a sense that my drinks are often too sweet. One time I ordered mango green milk tea (one of my go to menus) with 0% sugar and realized that it’s as sweet as when i ordered 50% sweetness. It was far more sweeter than when i had ordered 25%. Same issue with panda milk tea & sunright boba milk tea. I completely understand that you are understaffed but PLEASE.. MAKE SURE THAT ALL DRINKS ARE CRAFTED WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF INGREDIENTS! i don’t wanna call out any names or mention my usual visiting hours since i don’t want to get anyone in trouble.. but i strongly believe that manager should take this issue more seriously and hire more people if your workers are too tired to make drinks.. i mean.. the place is pretty crowded everytime i visit so it makes perfect sense that part-timers...
