Purchased a defective product and walked right back in to the store (i.e., within 5 minutes) to have it replaced or refunded. The associate took the product “for testing” and said that she could not return or exchange any product, per their policy. When asked how they could possibly sell a faulty product without accountability, she stated that she needed to speak with her supervisor on the phone in order to receive guidance. Her supervisor never picked up her phone, however, because she is located in Korea. This left the issue unresolved and only after my partner went into the store, read the store’s policy TO the associate, showing her where it said she could return faulty products, and with a direct comparison on his skin did she agree to give us a replacement. As you can see in the photograph, the product near the thumb is far less saturated than the darker strokes near his knuckles, which corresponds to the faulty product and its replacement, respectively. EVEN SIDE BY SIDE she said she didn’t think that the product was defective, but nonetheless reluctantly gave us a replacement. My suspicion is that this store is under unacceptably poor management; the associate was undereducated on their store policy and unequipped to handle the most simple of scenarios. Her reliance on a store owner located in a foreign country to make simple decisions is unfathomable and suggests a controlling form of management that is unappealing to both employees and customers. I will not shop here again and I don’t recommend that you shop...

I came across this store when trying to go get a sweet treat. Even though is a small store they carry a lot of different Korean skincare brands and great makeup brands that I have been eyeing for a while online but never bought it because of the shipping cost and wait time from Korea to the states. Although I love skincare I ended up getting a cushion compact and a lip tint and my husband got a spf stick that a really sweet lady was helping him pick. Over all they have well known brands, it’s well priced ( better than Amazon prices) and they were very helpful. I will definitely comeback to buy more makeup...

Beautiful shop for Korean skin care and others. Only few locations in the city that I trusted to buy Korean skin care. They also have makeup but not as many as skin care. The pricing is reasonable and competitive with what you would find online on Amazon and other Asian shopping sites.

Staff are nice and friendly. They would give you recommendations on which product suit for you.
