It’s between the hours of 3:00pm & 3:30pm on June 15th I was helped by one of the rudest clerks I have ever came across I didn’t get her name because I didn’t want to add fuel to the fire but she’s a African-American woman her height can be around 5’7 -5’9 today she was wearing all black with a black visor and she has short dreads that was in a mid ponytail I went through the drive-through and I guess they had to make my food so they told me that they will bring it out to me. No problem. One of the Clarks brought out the wrong order. So I went inside to straighten it out when I enter the establishment, the rude clerk was counting money with her back turned when we made eye contact she turned around then turn back around with no acknowledgment and continue to count money, so I waited patiently for someone to help me eventually, she turns around after I was waiting there for help for 10 minutes she says DO YOU NEED SOMETHING with a very rude tone as if I was bothering her so I explained that I got the wrong order. She said nothing turned around thank God this young man came to help me and he says oh I have your order here. I apologize for the inconvenience. I am so sorry. The young man was so sweet. The rude Clark turns back around looks at me, then rolled her eyes so I told the young man thank you I appreciate your help then she started yelling at the staff. She called the staff stupid. And yelled at the nice gentleman that helped me and said why you just didn’t let her have the order I hope to God that she is Not management because no one deserves to work with someone like her just imagine going to work and being yelled at no one deserves that and I hope corporate see this complaint and does something about it because the rest of the crew was very nice but that African-American runs woman with the short dreads...
Read moreWhen I drove up to place my order at the speaker, the cashier greeted me with a friendly, smiling voice & asked to take my order. I gave my order, she repeated it back correctly and asked if there was anything else I needed, before giving me my total to pay & asking me to drive forward to her window. Upon pulling up to her window, she said "Hello" as she took my payment. We also shared small talk about how positive each of our days were going. We each found it grateful that we're employed, during these times. She handed me my food with a smile (behind her mask) and returned my credit card, wearing hygienic gloves, which made me feel safe. She thanked me for my business & asked me to visit Taco Bell again, soon. I was very pleased with her kind & professional demeanor. My cashier, Maria C., gave EXCELLENT customer service & definitely deserves a raise! :) Her professionalism reminded me of the time that I was the "Drive Through Girl" in the window, at Taco Bell in 1991, on Mansfield Highway, in Fort Worth, Texas! It was always a rewarding experience to serve customers with professionalism & place a smile on their faces. Keep up the Excellence, Maria C....
Read moreI went there around 4:00 and there was one person serving the walk ins and the drive thru. Horrible customer service.
I visited this location again because it's near my kids school. As I was entering the establishment, I noticed a Hispanic Male exiting on of the two restrooms. My kids and I approached the registers to look at the menu. An employee approached the register, an elderly Hispanic woman, and asked if we were ready to order. As my kids were deciding what they wanted, I asked the cashier if I could have the code to the restrooms. She told me that the restrooms were out of order, despite me witnessing the Hispanic customer exit one of the restrooms just minutes prior... I did not appreciate that at all, horrible customer service. I don't look anything like a vagrant and far from broke, so I don't know why she would deny me the privilege to use their...
