The Al Pastor was ON POINT. It’s rare to find authentic pastor outside of DF and this is IT. As I sat by the parking lot, getting an accidental whiff of gasoline, it was almost like being back in El Defectuoso!!! It does not taste like carne asada at all and taste like it’s mixed with a different type of meat. It had a weird texture like chewy and fatty?
