I have anticipated the opening of this location long before it actually opened and I'm happy to say that it was worth the wait. We come here at least once a week because their tees are so refreshingly authentic. The location is really nice to just chill and beat the heat. Their mini boba is a revelation. Our personal favorites are the tiger milk tea with mini boba and the blood orange iced tea with lychee jelly. If you're looking for a nice spicy kick then the mango chamoy slushie is also epic as well as the watermelon slushie. They have over 200 options to choose from and I will not rest until I try each one :). I totally recommend this...

Tea Bag Tea House is my new go-to spot for boba! The drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, not too watered down. The tapioca pearls are cooked just right—soft with a nice chewy bite. The menu has a great variety, from classic milk teas to creative fruit blends, so there’s always something new to try.

The vibe inside is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who are quick and attentive. It feels like a spot you can hang out with friends or just swing by for a quick drink on the go.

Highly recommend the pandas waffles with the Taro smoothie! This place really stands out from other boba shops...

I was really excited to see a small boba shop open up near me since most of the good ones are pretty far. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. When I asked a simple question about their flavors, the staff made a smart, rude comment instead of helping me or suggesting something I might like.

I didn’t get anything for myself but grabbed a drink for my friend and even she said it tasted bland, like they half cared when making it. The flavors were just not it.
