Morgan Lofts — Local services in Los Angeles

I’ve lived at Morgan Lofts (~1 year so far) and couldn’t be happier about my decision for the following reasons:

1.) Unique Space - high - and exposed - ceilings + brick/ concrete facade that quite frankly don’t exist in Koreatown. The space reminds you of something you normally get in the arts district / New York. Also a huge plus is the HUGE bathrooms (tub + shower);

2.) Finishes & Detail - guests are always impressed by the Jenn-Air Appliances and kitchen island;

3.) Location - Morgan is pretty much located on main & main in Koreatown. You have an H-Mart w/in a 5 minute walk and tons of food/ pub options at walking distance;

4.) Management - Joeanne’s been amazing so far and very proactive in communicating. Additionally, she brings in a car wash vendor monthly if we want to clean and detail our car.

I've resided in Morgan Lofts for a bit over a year now and couldn't be happier. The loft-style layout gives you a blank canvas to furnish to whatever you can imagine. I also love that it has a small number of units in the building compared to other buildings that have way too many units and can feel way too crowded.

Joeanne, the manager here is a breeze to work with. She addresses all needs immediately and is extremely easy to get ahold of.

This is a great choice if you are looking for larger square footage, modern appliances, high ceilings, and hotel-like...

We've been at this building for over 2 years and have no plans to move! The building is beautifully designed and the property manager Joeanne is absolutely lovely and completely on top of any and all service requests. There's on-site garage parking and a Parcel Pending system so that packages are safe even when we're not here to receive them. The building is centrally located to everything you could want within K-town and also Silverlake and DTLA. Even our neighbors are cool! We'd give Morgan Lofts an A+ because we truly love...
