Ordered delivery. This is not the first time. But for the amount of money I've been spending, it's about time I at least let patrons know the consistency of mix-ups. I had two deliveries this evening, with relative same orders but not with my specific preferences. Like chicken on everything instead of the beef and pork I requested. Soy sauce clearly on rice when requested there be none. When the second delivery driver came, I pointed out that he had my actual order and if I could just switch the orders. Both said krystale on the tickets too! He refused. This is the ultimate disappointment. A $70 delivery charge should be accurate. That's a days wage for most people. I understand this is a first world problem, but it's the principle of the matter. A fair exchange of goods/services at a cost. Sorry Thai spirit...I gave it a go one too many times with hopes they'd get it right. :edit: added photo. That's the "shrimp" fried...

Thai Spirit has been my favorite Thai restaurant for years and years. The food is very strongly flavored, and all my favorite dishes (drunken noodle aka spicy basil noodle, green curry, pineapple curry, chicken satay, coconut soup) they make better than anywhere else. When I eat Thai food elsewhere, it often tastes a bit watered down, the flavors are just not quite as bold (and I don't mean spicy, even when I have to order non-spicy to share with someone who can't do spicy, their flavors are still so strong). And the recipes they're using are just so so good, they're the same dishes you recognize, but it's like they've really perfected them, getting all the flavors balanced just right (savory, sweet, umami, etc, all there). There's just no better Thai food, and I'm so glad I'm lucky enough to...

I placed an order at this place for delivery and confirmed the order with the rep who took my order. When I received the order, they sent me a pad see ew instead of chicken cashew nuts. I also requested my tom yum goong to be spicy, but they sent me a sweet soup instead of spicy. I called requesting the correct order, and the rep said he was going to send me the sauces, so I could make it spicy. I have never had such poor service and professionalism from a place like this one. I would never buy from this place again. I gave them the chance to make it right, but they refused to correct their error. That shows me that they can care less about their customers. This is not a place you should place...

First time trying this spot and will definitely be back there menu selection is huge a lot to choose from they even got vegetarian options as well and they have plenty of lunch specials to choose from and there very affordable which was grateful for me to see. I happened to try the lunch special yellow chicken curry and Ima give it a 10/10 why because it’s got that robust flavor made just right with the right kick of flavor. The lunch special comes with a rice bowl and your choice of one vegetable egg roll or a salad. The whole vibe of this place is comfortable it’s away from the hustle and bustle of area also the service was fast which I was happy about as well.
