SOCAL Recycling Industries — Local services in Los Angeles

There is a young man there that "manages" the recycling and he is very rude and have has a lazy attitude. His work ethics and commentary is degrading and demeaning. We have dealt with him twice and both times he has been rude and spoken to us with a rude attitude on the hours that the location is open or closed. Today I showed up to recycle and it was 11:45 am he told me: "I am full, and I am closing at 12:30. I might be ok between 2 and 3 pm. Come back later, but for sure I am closing at 12:30 pm. Check the website." But he said it rudely and pointed harshly at his phone emphasizing his point of checking the website. So I did and now I am stating a comment on this situation. Hoping the company reads this and gives him a statement on his behavior.

CLOSES at 3:30 p.m. I watched 4 people (who arrived between 3:25 and 3:40 p.m.) get turned away--told to come back tomorrow. The guy was working alone and it looked like a lot of cans and bottles were backed up, but he said it always closes at 3:30 p.m. I told him the website said 4 and another person told him that Google was wrong then. I brought my recyclables that are sorted out already. It was my first time here and I was super surprised that two young men just stood there and watched me filling the containers in pouring rain but didn't move a finger to help.. I really can do things by myself but ...this attitude shows that they hate what they do...very disappointing, bad for the business. I will always go back to the other place...
