Chowking — Restaurant in Los Angeles

First time I wanted to try this place and tell me why after placing my order the "manager" sends the cashier to tell me it will take 20 minutes for my chicken. When I asked why he said they were about to close and they didn't have any more fried chicken ready. They tried to offer me some garlic chicken that looked like nuggets or a refund. Long story short they close at 9pm and I ordered right before 8:30pm and customers were still walking in so I don't know if they're following instructions or they're just lazy. I did speak to a woman named Maine who said they close at 9pm and apologized for the inconvenience, however I will never go back to this place nor do I reccomend you go here. Visited LA for vacation and tried to eat Chowking since we don't have this in Chicago. Staff are friendly but they are like not doing their jobs seriously. It took almost an hour for us to be served with our orders..they prioritize "CHISMISAN" before their job. They also mixed up our orders as they forget most of it, we don't judge but most of them are already old age for the job. Food is not good..full of MSG and tastes like the cardboard container. The eagle rock store always claims they dont have this and that? And the way they served the food is like dog treats. They served it in a tiny carboard box recembling dog bowl.
