VROMAGE CUISINE — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place is a one-man shop. All the cooking, serving, and counter work is done by a single person. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the owner, a sweet man with so much passion about his food and business. He sat us down and guided us through the options. We weren't provided a physical menu, but the menu is simple enough that it was adequate for him to just tell us the options. We ordered the pizza and the sandwich.

Pizza - hot and delicious! It was fresh out of the oven and the ratio of crispiness to softness was perfection. The best part was the cheese on top.

Sandwich - solid choice. Keep in mind that the baguette is very hard and crispy.

Just nextdoor, he has another shop where he sells the actual cheeses and gelato. Worth...

Love, love, love this place. Vromage makes the cheeses and pate in house. The bread, pasta, mushrooms and vegetables taste so fresh. I've tried the focaccia, sandwiches, cheeses by itself, the pate, & his mushroom dishes. Never a bad meal. You can tell that the owner makes every single dish with love, you can literally taste it. I feel satiated, clean and great whenever I eat here. The owner is friendly, & the food is reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place ! I can't wait to come back and try the soups...
