My boyfriend and I came by to this place on September 23, 2019 at 8:13 in the evening and we were in for a surprise of a nasty attitude from associates. The cashier ANA, have a hearing problem that she kept asking "what?" Everytime we said something about our order. Finally, she did made mistakes on our order & when I asked & clarify things to her, she doesn't listen...she talks while I was still explaining. The supervisor came & corrected the order. But when we finally got our order, my boyfriend's burger was still raw inside, still red & juicy. We were wondering why they were able to prepare the burger so fast, now we know why... it's not totally cooked. My boyfriend went back to the counter to show them the condition of his burger, then another mistake was made. He originally ordered no onions & no lettuce, but when they gave him back his corrected burger, they put everything in it. So, my boyfriend complain again, telling them that's not how he wanted his burger. They grabbed the burger from him, took out what he doesn't want in it, then just say "here, here's your burger" in a very nasty way. This is a very terrible place, nastiness is in everyone except the supervisor. Read moreSomeone told me about the breakfast special biscuit for a dollar so I've been going to this location to occasionally grab a couple. What I noticed was when I got more than one more than 1 the other 1 was cold within a short amount of time so this last time I went I knew I wanted to eat 1 when I got home and still have the next one warm. I was trying to capture the attention of the window attendant who was paying absolutely no attention. When she walked away to grab my order and came back to the window I asked for her to double wrap my sandwiches to which she got extremely annoyed and said which one and when I said both she rolled her eyes at me and then ask me to pull forward to wait which in my right mind I should have never done never done because what took place was everyone ignored my order which would have taken less than 30 seconds to wrap and serviced the next person and it wasn't until after they received their food did someone come out and bring mine and of course by then my order was cold. Having me pull forward did nothing to expedite the situation as the driver behind me could not leave until I pulled out onto the street so they kept me waiting and they kept the driver behind me waiting. Read moreI was grossed out by this guy who inconsiderately sat down with his gray, bulldog in the dining room and proceeded to feed the dog from his meal. The dog was climbing up onto the furniture and slobbering all over the floor. I told the manager but she said she couldn't do anything because he was a service dog which it clearly wasn't. It wasn't wearing a service dog vest and it wasn't acting like a service dog. It was off leash and jumping around in the restaurant. This is a food safety issue. Wendy's please get with enforcing your policy on no dogs in the diningroom and educate your managers on service dogs versus non-service dogs!
My chicken sandwich was thrown together and cold. I asked for extra onion and lettuce and the sandwich was not a quality well made sandwich because the portions were way off. The staff completely rushed putting it together and I know the difference between someone making the food with professionalism and care versus someone who is inexperienced and is only concerned with getting something out. I know it was a lunch hour crowd but that should be no excuse to skimp on good customer...
