Whata Peach — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The smoothies/food is really good. However, I will say this place is off to a really rough start. First, while checking out, it seems like the employees do not know how to properly use the POS system. Took the employee a couple of minutes to apply the $3 off discount. I saw the price jumping from $21 to $35 to $71 then finally to $33. I then questioned if she was truly charging the right amount because there were such huge jumps in the prices. I also overheard a different employee accidentally charging another customer for 2 smoothies instead of one. The employee offered for the next smoothie to be free and I’m like…obviously it’ll be free since he already paid for it. Second, it seems like the employees aren’t very organized in the kitchen. A customer was waiting quite a while for a smoothie and a toast and when she inquired, the employee asked twice what her order was. Then the employee said it seems like they lost her ticket. Of course the customer was very frustrated. Third, one of the employees wasn’t giving accurate timing of how long preparation would be and it seems like that was causing frustration among the customers. Do not tell a customer two smoothies and a toast will take “a few minutes.” Clearly it was thirty minutes. Hopefully this place improves in terms of flow and training the employees better. Whata 🍑!Whata delicious refreshing drink I got from here. I found this place by surprise one day and told myself I needed to go back and try it out. So I did just that!

Whata Peach offers yummy food and beverages. It's located in the cut right off of Ventura Blvd in Studio City. You really have to look for it because it can easily be missed. Anyways, when I arrived, I walked up to the window and couldn't decide what to get. So I asked the guy which drink is a customer favorite. He said the Pink Dragon Smoothie. So I went with that. The drink itself was really tasty! It had just enough sweetness, just enough sour, just enough smoothness. The staff was very friendly and nice. They offer outdoor seating where you can sit back and enjoy.

I think this place is the cutest and I would absolutely come back for more. They should consider opening one in...

Been a hot minute since I had a smoothie. This was my fave spot back in the day when they first opened, so happy to see they are not only still there & doing well, but doing well enough to have expanded to more locations! 🥰 Smoothies still on point. Service still very friendly & efficient. Retained their super cute branding (tho I liked the cups better when the mascot got to be in full color instead of all green - just a little nitpick, but nbd lol). Really the only thing that sucks here is the parking, but bad parking will never stop me from going to an awesome spot!
