2/23/23Worst customer service from the lady says is the morning manager i came to buy a togo coffee a dozen donuts and cream cheese bagel the server that was helping me ask if i wanted what size cup i told here it didn't matter to me is onky to have the coffee. Well this manager with no experience on cuwtomer ser nor how to treat her co workers screaming across the store and infront of other customers telling them to hurry up arguing about what cup to give me i told hee this is not the first time i buy the to go coffee i always buy it i know what the im getting is ok if im getting the small cup im not asking for any larger than that she just kept screaming across the room. Like if she was giving me the order for free also this same lady was arguing with another paying customer because she had over charge him. Horrible service. Tried to go there on 3 separate occasions, I just ended up walking out . The employees were not trained on how to stack customers. That is, when a new customer walks in, “hi I will be right with you” then when you put the bagel in the toaster for the first customer, grab the donuts for the second customer. Or pass it along like a subway, each person does a part and the end person rings you up. All I saw was chaos each time and not happy customers. I will never return to...

I will never eat here. I found roaches in the box my donuts were in. I was walking out the door and I checked my donuts and I see the roaches walking all over my donuts. I walk back into the store to tell the staff and they began saying I was the one that put the roaches in the box. How is that even possible if I had just stepped out the store and was literally 10 feet away from the door. The store is dirty and they don't even have the health...
