My fiance went into convulsions after getting food poisoning here. This was after one of our friends had to leave and lay in the car after only eating half her burrito. My fiance fell down to the floor because he blacked out while walking to the counter after he ate his food. When he got up, he came to the table and told me and our other friend that he didn't feel well. (We didnt know he fell down at this point) He was pale and sweating heavily. He sat down and started convulsing and sweated even heavier. I've never witnessed this happening since I met my fiancé, and he has no history of seizures. I called an ambulance and held up his head. My fiance didn't want to go to the hospital, he doesn't like hospitals, so he got up and went to the car, holding his stomach, and cringing in pain. I grabbed our belongings while our friend, who wasn't sick, cleared off the table. Our friend brought back the leftover food and I told him I wanted a refund since none of us got to finish our meals. He went in ahead of me while I grabbed the food. I told a woman working there I wanted a refund. She didn't speak english well. She grabbed my food and said yes and brought it back in a bag. I said no I want a refund for this food, we can't eat it, my fiance got sick. She looked at another cashier and presumably asked her what I was saying in spanish. I told the other cashier none of us got to finish our food I want my money back, my fiance is sick in the car sweating and pale and convulsing. You guys need to check your food. A customer, who identified himself as a frequent customer, first denied that I had any credibility due to the fact he had eaten there so many times before and never got sick. I was getting very upset at this point. I told him his prior experiences didn't matter because my fiance was sick in the car. I even told everyone arguing with me, which at this point was about 5 people, that they could look if they didn't believe me. With lucky timing, my fiance walked through the door, looking worse than when I last saw him. He said I need a bathroom and went inside and didn't come out for about a half hour. Meanwhile the regular customer called the owner and said told him I was trying to get free food. I got really upset at this point and told him my fiance is sick in the restroom because of their food, I want my money back because none of us could even finish our meals. I went outside to cool down and our friend who was inside with me, came out and told me they would finally get my refund. I went inside and the regular customer told me he would have to take a picture of me. I said ok but I'm checking on my fiance first. I went to the bathroom and knocked on the door. My fiance said he was still getting sick and wouldn't even open the door. I got my picture taken by and got my refund from THE REGULAR CUSTOMER. Why did they let him take lead? He had nothing to do with the situation. A man in the restaurant knocked on the door and my fiance came out still looking sick. I told everyone in there to f**k themselves especially the ahole customer who should have minded his business and flipped them all off on my way out. I really don't care that I acted inappropriately on my way out the door. The way they treated me by acting like I'm trying to just get free food while I'm freaking out about my fiance's welfare was so much worse. I WILL NEVER...
Read moreAwful place to visit ! My day was great; happily accepted to have Mexican cuisine, small business family owned is always a plus, too bad I walked in only to be forced to throw my lunch in the trash 🗑. Spotted a creepy crawling insect inside my shredded beef and called them out. I was told I didn't have to have lunch there and they reserved the right to refuse service and immediately they say to have have the right to decline a refund. I don't want a refund but I do expect they clean daily and disinfect everything and everywhere. Also, the customers that were requesting to have utensils were upset because of your unconscious behavior to pick your nose, cleaning the filth under your nails next to cooking/reheating your rice and beans that is gross, all while wrapping up an order. Never again. It does not deserve my 🌟 , review or anyone's money, the public are sponsoring big or tiny business how treating me or any group of human will be a loss of clients. I rather travel further and pay for more gas mileage and enjoy my quick bites compare to insect infestation with inappropriate behavior. Obviously someone can pick and choose whom deserves reheated leftovers with a side of dead skin, nails and insects dead and alive creeping everywhere. Keep your filth groundhogs! I found several spots worth the distance also my money because people who are serious and serve me right deserve to be rewarded always! Nightmare location to trust for a meal# I do not recommend this mexican cuisine spot. Even the elderly employee keeps a rag closer to distract the common areas. Visit at...
Read moreWent here for the first time today after driving by for the past 19 years. I ordered an egg & chorizo burrito with cheese and the fried taco combo. The breakfast burrito was overcooked with a egg shells in the scrambled eggs. The tortilla was ok. The real problem was the taco combo. I ordered two chicken tacos and one beef with beans, no rice. The corn tortillas were overcooked and dry...like thick, bad burned nachos. The shredded chicken was dry and had no flavor. the beef was slightly less dry, with no flavor. A minimal amount of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese was stuffed into the taco. I ate half of each and threw the rest away, including the one chicken taco I didn't eat. Not sure how this place stays in business. Lastly, they do a cash only business. They have an ATM machine and you can also Zelle, so I used Zelle to pay...$30 for the order, including a small drink. The girl at the register said the credit card machines were down temporarily but the Zelle sign taped to the register looked like it had been there for awhile and the permanent ATM machine is there for a reason. I'm guessing Octavio, the person I Zelle'd the payment to, figured out that a cash business is good business. Marginal food at high prices for cash only payments =...
