CC's Coffee House — Restaurant in Louisiana

I used to love this place a few years ago... The coffee is still great, depending on the time of day you come through. The Night crew is CLEARLY lazy and does not care about much of anything. The morning crew aside from maybe 2 people I've seen generally are not very talkative or even attempting to make conversation. I'm sorry, but a Barista is also supposed to be an expert conversationalist. If you can't talk to people, please don't take the window or bar where people tend to linger.

This store has literally declined since the last GOOD manager they had left. Miss Rhonda was the best, and I do still go to the airline location where she can be found quite often. I'm not sure who's managing this bunch of misfits, but they are terrible, and also NEVER there. Also some of the workers there smell heavily of mamajuana and that's... not a good thing do that on your time not...

Went to this location tonight arrived at 9:20pm. Ordered a medium roast regular coffee. After fixing the coffee I took a sip it was room temperature. I went back to counter and asked to get some fresh coffee either dark or medium roast because the coffee was cold and tasted old they refused. I asked again same they said it was to close to closing time to make more. I said you do not close for another 40 minutes they still refused only offered to microwave my old coffee. I could see if they closed in 5-10 minutes but 40? I went to a coffee house to get good fresh coffee not to get microwaved old coffee. I will not go back even though I love Community coffee. Staff could careless about customer service to the point of being cocky. I will...

Not only is the service here super slow and the employees are constantly rude but my order has been wrong the last FOUR times. The last two times it happened I called and the manager offered to make my drink correctly but who has time to go back and get coffee a second time in the morning. I also don’t like the fact that when I order a large iced latte the entire drink is warm except for about 2 inches at the top where the ice is. In conclusion the Cc’s on Siegen just has sloppy service and I’m served a sloppy drink every time. Things have changed in the last year and so I guess I’ll be getting my coffee at Starbucks from now on. It’s sad that a local place is going...
