Jason's has always been my go to place for fresh salads and yummy sandwiches. This time was no exception until the unthinkable happened. I lost my iPhone X. I didn't know it was missing until the next morning. I used the Find My Phone app on my iPad to track my phone and it looked as though it was in the parking lot outside the business. I went there before business and walked the lot but was unable to locate it. I noticed that there were a few early staff preparing food (about 6 am) so I knocked on the door. A manager opened the door and I told him that my phone might have been left in there. He couldn't let me in but he checked the booth I'd been in and said it wasn't there. He was very cordial and suggested I come back after 10 am and they could check to see if it was in another manager's lost and found. When I got home I made sure my phone was locked by way of the app and I sent a message to the phone offering a generous reward to anyone who called my friend's number and returned the phone that day. I also sent a tone to the phone. When I went back to Jason's, and inquired about my phone, they were expecting me and had my phone. They had heard the tone and made the call to my friend. It must have come out of my back pocket while I was in the booth. Because it is a very expensive phone, I thought it would be gone and I'd have to rebuild a new phone with all the hassle that entails. Boy was I happy! Guess who got a generous tip? Matthew and Jason did a wonderful job of helping me and being polite with a great attitude. I've gone here for the food but I'll be back because of...
Read moreI did a curbside/pickup order (7pm, 9/2/21, Siegen Lane) for a promised time of 7:13p. Arrived early but black male stated they thought they were out of potatoes, weren’t and mine would be out sooner than promised which was a win (which I thought it was”. Received order, noticed sour cream wasn’t under one of the potatoes and the girl that brought out the order, gave me the side of sour cream. I confirmed purple onions were on the potatoes and I was told yes. Got home, the chipped beef I asked for on 2 of the potatoes resembled sloppy Joe meat/ground meat and NOT chipped beef. There was no bacon that I asked to be added (up charge) on 2 of the potatoes and no onions on either of them. I was not pleased at all. It felt like I was eating a sloppy joe/dog food instead of a potato. My boyfriend started to eat it but just couldn’t b/c how poorly it was. Now we have to find something else to eat when there are minimal restaurants already due to Hurricane Ida.
I wish order takers would pay more attention to orders placed, and take their time preparing. I will not be visiting this location “ever” again. At least my 9 y/o son’s “plain potato, topped with chicken” was simple enough to understand. Money down the drain and still hungry! STOP passing this “meat” off as...
Read moreI had a call in order where I spoke to a worker named, Melissa Williams (I hope I am spelling that right), and she got on the phone really energetic, it was like talking to a family member. I ordered a club and told her I did not like the chips as they are not really to my taste, and I told her that I love their pickles and I treat those as a side treat, and do you know what she did.....she put two pickles in my bag!! I also told her that with my order of a child's baked potato, that there was no need for a drink as she really only drinks water, but she prompted me to get an apple juice, and it was so good to her! Last but certainly not least I arrived to the store to pick up my order and I carried it home without checking the bag, and to my surprise and delight there was a fruit cup in my bag even after the two pickles being replaced with the chips. I tell you this woman is an absolute joy and if you ever get the chance to speak to her on the phone, then just know that your order will turn out beautifully. Good job Melissa and I hope Jason's Deli really appreciates you for the joy...
