Johnny's Seafood — Restaurant in Louisiana

So another seafood restaurant bites the dust, when it comes to customer service. I called in at 1pm asked if they sold Jumbo blue crabs. They told me that they would have them ar 2:30 pm , and should the put some on the side for me. I told them yes, and how much would that be? I was told (by a famale) 20 dollars for 1/2 dz. I was excited because I love crabs. Most of the time I go to Sal's, but they are rather expensive. The last couple of times I ordered from Johnny's, they were wonderful. This time, she took my name and number and I told the same female that my husband would pick them up. They charged me 28.39 for 6 mediums/large. When I called back, after receiving them, the same female I spoke with put a man on the phone. I was told ( who I assumed was the chef or owner) that they didn't have p they gave me an exlarge, but somebody charged me for jumbos. They would give 2 dollars and some change back. Then he said, "Wait ,hold up, We charge 25 for Jumbos". So I owe u 4$ and some change. I said "Sir, but I didn't get what I ordered, I didn't get extra large or jumbos". He said, "Well next time u come, I can give 4 dollars worth of something." How unprofessional. He never made any suggestions to rectify the mix up. I had to ask him. Never offered free food or asked if we could come back to get a refund. My hands are small, and these things are no bigger than my hand I wear 6 1/2 ring. 28 dollars may not be a lot for some, but it is alot in this economy. I have a few dietary restrictions, and Crabs is my favorite because of the softness of the meat. These crabs barely had meat. I would've been Ok if his attitude wasn't so nonchalant. He made me feel like I was bothering him. Now I have to find somewhere else to get my fix. Ole well. This is...

Today my mom decided to treat me to some crawfish... I told her that I wanted to go to Johnnys seafood because I haven't had them in a while... Also we were in the area.... Once we got there my mom ordered a po boy and my crawfish... they told us that we CAN NOT dine in if we're paying with food stamps.... (HOLD UP) why would it be ok to receive the food stamps from a customer but the customer not good enough to dine in. .. I find that very unprofessional and disrespectful I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I WILL NEVER REFER A FRIEND... I left there feeling very uncomfortable....

-I'm a person who usually pay cash also I eat crawfish all year around I buy crawfish 7.99 a pound from Cajuns. So for my mom to treat me I was very grateful but I'm so sorry I chose that establishment......

Now everyone tells me! This is NOT the place to get hot food from! Only go get for the boiled food and smothered potatoes. I opened my plate, (shrimp & fish combo), to find that the fish isn’t fish, it’s just pretty fried batter. Bit into it just to take a photo, they know this isn’t right. They only give you four pieces and it isn’t even the same size as a pencil. No meat involved PERIODT! Undoubtedly they’re dumb or lazy to think people eat LARGE lumps of butter between a hard azz roll. This is absurd! They are cheating customers with the fish and bite size shrimp. Either the reviewers are all their friends, or based in the boiled food and another potatoes. Either way, not anymore of my hard earned money. Quality...
