Ok, here's the deal - I don't like giving bad revues, especially to fast food chain franchises, BUT this specific location is awful! The worst part isn't even the food, it's the employees. A few months back we moved so this store is really close to us. The first time we got a pizza here it was 100% stuffed crust deliciousness. It was amazinggggg. But, that is the only positive thing I can say. Why? Because after that first heavenly pizza creation every other time was horrible. We went back a few times because it's fast food and it can't always be perfect. We aren't picky but after multiple undercooked, overcooked, rock hard, rubbery, cold, misshapen pizzas (not all at once) I can truthfully say this one is the worst. No matter the day or time they don't have anything hot Or ready, they lock up 2 hours before the other stores do, make you wait at the drive through so long only to inform you they don't have ANY PIZZA. I've never seen so many lazy employees in one place but in all fairness the worst people there are the ones in charge. Lazy and useless are pretty accurate descriptions. If putting pre made pizzas in an oven is hard work I'd hate to see them in charge of anything more demanding. Whoever owns this place needs to reevaluate their business goals. Read moreOn yesterday I decided to have Little Casears for dinner. I visited this location because it’s conveniently near my home. However, the pizza and the service was very disappointing. Once I ordered my pizza I was told by the guy at the window to pull forward so that he can prepare a fresh pizza. The time of my receipt reads 5:53 pm. It wasn’t until after 6:30 pm that I decided to drive back to the window to see what was going on with my order. The guy at the window said he forgot. That was it: no apologies but that he forgot. There was also another car that pulled up behind me that was told to wait as well. He never brought any one of us our order. I told him about the other guy and he said he forgot with a smirk on his face. I watched the traffic and it wasn’t any. It was 2 people that went in within that 45 minutes. No one went through the drive thru. I can only assume they made their minds up that they weren’t going to bring anyone their orders. It’s a shame that they would do this to a paying customer. Read moreI placed an order online for cheese stick and wings; however they did not have any wings available. The wings were like $8.49, sauce $0.50. But because the wings were not available and I placed the order online...I was offered like a Pepsi. I'm totally fine with compromise but a 2.00 pepsi... so I asked could I receive a refund and initially I was informed no bc I did it online. Afterwards i was told that i could cancel online and replace order. I only had a 30 minute lunch. I was STARVING by 2pm and didnt want to pay almost 14 bucks for just cheesy bread. The cashier then offered 8....
