McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

One of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been to. It’s close to my place, so I get breakfast here about once a month. I usually order curbside, and this location literally does not bring out my food. The last three times, be waited 15-20 minutes while lots of cars go through the drive thru, and I’ve eventually had to walk in and ask them to give me my food.

Twice, they’ve actually argued with me about my order. Bear in mind I have the actual order on my phone and have to show them this to get all of my food. One of the shift managers is very friendly and just seems short staffed. Another is argumentative and apparently can’t read an order.

I never go through the drive thru, because the last time I tried that, I was stuck in line for a long time—one of those times where you see people behind you pull out. But I’d already placed an order and got stuck just car before the drive thru window, for probably 12 minutes or so.

It’s probably the worst managed fast food place I’ve seen, so beware. Don’t come here in a hurry. There’s a Wendy’s just down the street that gets people on and out quickly.

Edit: writing this as I just got my curbside order, actually quick, accurate, and friendly. I bumped up a star and hope they continue to improve.

Last Edit: Done here. Last time. Went to drive thru with 2 cars taking up the two drive thru lanes. Did not move. Cars were pulling ahead of each other, being rude, trying to get in the lane they thought was going to move. I just pulled out after a long wait and no movement. No more benefit of the doubt to easily the worst fast food joint...

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I understand it is new years and no one wants to work on a holiday but it doesn’t mean these employees had the right to be rude. My mom and I went through the drive through around 12:30am on New Years we asked for our nuggets to be cooked to order and the lady assured us they would be fresh. However when we proceeded to order our cookies again cook to order to ensure they would be hot and not stale and the other lady joined over the mic and very rudely yelled “ALL THE FOOD IS FRESH”! My mom and I were completely astounded at how she spoke to us all I could say was “excuse you”. We then proceeded to go to the pay out window and gave the lady an one hundred dollar bill and she closed the window very aggressively, she had to get a manager to break it, the manager comes to the window it is still half way open and she says “God Damn” very loudly , I assume because she didn’t have enough in the register to break the bill. It took both these ladies about 5 whole minutes just to give us our change from the bill. We finally get to the food window and the lady just hands us our food, no greeting or anything ,and slams the window shut which it bounced back half way open and they were blaring Kevin Gates , I assume this is the lady who was rude and chimed in over the headset. This was the most rudest experience I’ve had at any restaurant but I hope all these ladies have the day they...

Im never one to review any place but in this case, something has to be done. I ordered from here with doordash and somehow they got my ENTIRE ORDER WRONG. For starters this order took them 45 minutes to make and give to our dasher. THEN I ordered a small coffee, was given a Large, okay that may seem like whatever, BUT THEN we also got two of the new Mt. Mcdonaldland shakes, one small, one large, and yet we received the same size, and Frappe’s with the pink whipped cream (WHICH TASTED ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS, idk if it is expired or if that’s just the taste but it is flat out nasty) and m&ms on top of this monstrosity? In what world is that the same thing? If they were out of the item, okay that’s fine, but why purposely give us the wrong beverages? then MAKE IT TWICE?? Then ONTOP of that, we ordered a happy meal, ordered extra fries GOT apples, then ordered a coke and got a Dr. Pepper. So quite literally the only things that were correct who the hamburger in the happy meal, AND THE TOY? Seriously? I say this as kind as I can but were yall on crack? I understand things maybe being out of stock, but to give us this made off the fly mumbo jumbo was such a waste of time and money. Please get new employees who actually care about the food being served to paying customers. Because this is flat...
