As a former restaurant manager, I hate doing this, I really do, but I wish I could give zero stars. We pull up to stall 1 at around 2:15. My fiancé and I place our order on the app and checked in, because we wanted to use the deals offered in the app. We ordered 1 Small Sweet Tea, 1 Route 44 Blue Rasberry Slush, 1 grilled cheese, 1 chili cheese dog, 1 medium tater tot, and a small heath bar blast, add whipped cream. We waited about 25-35 mins before the screen on the menu said “Timyrah is on her way!” Then the screen reset and no one ever came. We wait another 5-10 mins and then we go inside to check on our food. We go in and a lady comes up to the counter and asks what we had, and then she said they are making it now. 40ish mins later. The girl brings our bag out and our drinks, and we check the bag and there is only the tater tots in the bag. We tell the lady at the counter that we were missing the grilled cheese and the chili dog, and she said to check the bag. Obviously we did 😂. We eventually get the rest of our food, and go to the car. I then realize my blast had a gaping hole in it, so I went in and got an extra cup, and saw a few team members on their phones. Also, the ice cream tasted more like ice than creamy. Grilled cheese was good, tots were good, but I then realized I didn’t get whipped cream (which we paid for) and my “sweet tea” was basically brown water with how unsweet it was. Read moreI just had the worst customer service ever at this Sonics. I ordered a strawberry sundae and the strawberry fruit was watery. I informed them about it and they sent out another one that was watery. I buzzed again and told them about it being watery, and I was told that it was nothing they could do about it. I asked for a refund and a male worker came out. I asked if he was the manager and he said he was one of them. I told him about my concern of the strawberry fruit being watery and he said that it was nothing he could do about it because it was delivered that way. I told him that it was not high quality and shouldn’t be served. I explained to him that I worked fast food and now a school principal and high quality is what should be served. I asked him if he was a consumer would he consider that as high quality. He walked off. I buzzed and asked for a refund. He came back and told me that I had to call the 800 number in the app since I ordered through there for the refund. I asked for the number and he said that he did not know it. I asked him how could he refer me to a number that he did not know. I asked for the manager higher than him and he told me that he was not there. I asked for the general manager’s name and number and he walked from me again. I went through the drive-through and asked the cashier for the guy’s name. I place my order for popcorn chicken and ask if order comes with drink. The girl say no so I add a drink. Get to the window to pay (another 10 minutes), they charge me almost $10 for my lunch. No fries. I inform the lady my fries are missing. she said it doesn’t come with fries. I’m tripping on the fact that my Order is almost $10 for popcorn chicken and a drink. I say, I ordered the combo. Please give me my fries or a refund. The manager tells me that she is not authorized to give refunds but she would give me a refund if she could. She is smirking at me while talking. Soooo you would rather refund my entire order instead of just adding a small fry??? I had no problem paying for my food. My issue is her attitude (manager).
