I quit going to this Wendy's because of the lady that gives you your food . I went there again today thinking maybe she got fired but nope she's still there still same bad attitude. I told her when I was at speaker I needed BBQ and ketchup I was very polite I said thank you I realized she didn't give me ketchup so I said can I have some ketchup and she mumbles you should of asked before when I actually did just nit at the windows. She give me three but I need more than that so I said can I have some more she says with an attitude how many more you want I told her three more. She hands me the ketchup then just stares at me with a mean look on her face. Read moreWe went for a drive thur to redeem a t mobile order. While waiting for 20 minutes a person on foot decides to budge and took our spot. No worries I thought I am already getting a promotion. When I got to the window the person ask if it’s for my phone plan which I reply yes it is. They gave me two bags and i looked inside to find only fries but no fre burger as per the t mobile promotion. We ask what the deal is and the person said I have to “talk to the apps people” I said i paid for the fries to get the burger and he said he “has a restaurant to run” and refuse to offer any refunds or help us. I know this isn’t his fault, it’s probably the app, but the total lack of regards of our experience and our disappointment warrants a one star. I refuse to go to this Wendy’s even if I am paying full price for the food. I know fast food restaurants aren’t known for amazing customer service, but this lack of compassion really ruin...
