Are Yall serious with this? I ordered a classic beef and cheddar and a medium fry for my son and asked for 3 cups of red ranch, no further sauces needed for my order. I checked my bag to make sure the order was complete and saw all three cups were in the bag but I couldn’t see the contents until I got home and got them out. This is the same thing I get him every time, bc he’s a very specific eater and if there is any deviation from what he gets, he won’t eat it. And it’s hard enough to get him to eat so when he finds a safe food, especially something with meat in it it’s a big deal. Just CHARGE me for the sauce, I am happy to pay for it. Don’t accept my order and then give me three cups of sauce that are only 1/8 of the way full, especially when I won’t see it until I’m all the way home. Each cup is maybe the equivalent of a packet of Arby’s sauce. This is such a waste of plastic and inventory and just a really crappy way to give your customers the middle finger. All three of these don’t even make a full cup. Why was this necessary?
I wanted to attach a photo with this post but there isn’t an option to.
Normally I have a good experience at this location, and even today the person who took my order and handed it out was kind and respectful during the interaction. Idk who was responsible for this but it is really frustrating and disappointing. I can’t leave my kid alone at home and I’m not going to drag him back out to get my order replaced. Please just be mindful when people order like this. Next time I’m not going to...
Read moreI went to the drive-thru. It was about maybe 7:15ish that evening. The guy at the window was really nice he was awesome. My sandwich was not ready yet so I pulled around to the door to wait and a mid-aged African American woman brought my food out to me apparently she was a manager. I looked in the bag and she was walking away in my condiments were not in the bag so I hollered over to her before she walked in the door and she ignored me. So I walked to the door which she had locked and I knocked on the door and she came to the door and told me when I asked for my condiments that I had to get back in the Drive-Thru behind eight cars and come back to the window to get them. I drove to the other side got out and walked over to the window and the young man was going to give me the condiments and she yelled over to him and told him no I'm not allowed to walk to the window. It was an ordeal for about 10 minutes and finally after giving me two ketchup packets for $20 worth of food and she walked around the corner he grabbed me a handful and gave it to me and I walked away. People don't care about customer service anymore they act like they're doing us a favor when if we were not customers at their restaurant they would...

Went back next day telling a girl inside location at counter when RUDE person walks up takes over! I told him about wrong sandwiches, he started to tell me that someone rang up wrong! I said That’s what I’m saying but I had a coupon. And he continued to YELL Loudly repeating himself, NOT Listening to Me! As if he was the Customer & I was waiting on him!!! I asked him who he was he said the Assistant Mgr. I said is Ricka GM here? he said he trained under her? Really?? A GM would have better customer relations then to treat customers like this! He gave me the replacement I left after getting red ranch sauce.
Worst Assitant Manager I have ever dealt with and I helped open Jefferson Mall. He needs to be retrained!!
